“Last week, I left a negative review about the bike, and I’m coming back to update it.
The bike arrived with an issue, which made me extremely frustrated. After reading some of the reviews, I was genuinely concerned and honestly pretty discouraged.
To my surprise, their customer service was fast and effective. In less than a week, they picked up the bike from my home and I already had a replacement. They responded to every email, including on weekends and late at night.
The free accessory kit also arrived very quickly.
I believe they may have had some issues in the past, but it seems like they are really working to improve, because I was extremely impressed with their customer service.
We’ve only had the new bike for two days, so I can’t give a more technical review yet, but it’s beautiful and rides really well!

“Visited the Plaza twice yesterday and both times it felt strangely empty. Went to Smart & Final on the first visit. Came back later and went to Nick the Greek. There are several businesses that are not open in the evening so the plaza isn’t overwhelming busy.”
“This place gives you an amazing opportunity to catch incredible hardcore shows right inside the store. I was lucky enough to see TUI, H2O, Fireburn, and Death by Stereo. The small space gives it a true oldschool vibe. They also have a solid selection of music and skate gear. Much respect?”

“I came here to learn to get over my fear of deeper water, I used to panic when my feet couldn't touch. The instructors helped me very quickly get over that fear, learn to tread water, dive to 11ft, pick up weights from the bottom and finally dive off the platform. I felt very accomplished coming here and I definitely recommend learning to swim here!”
“Been buying reloading supplies here for years. Good selection of wads, primers, and powder for the reloader. They also sell reloading parts for rifle and pistol. Friendly help from staff too.”

He’s so nice, so caring, and knows absolutely everything there is to know about tennis or a raquet. He takes care of my entire family and I as if we were his own family. I’d like to think he gives us special treatment but his hospitality is so genuine to all customers. Thanks Julian! For all you do for us!”
“I walked in looking for a similar scent to one I loved that had been discontinued. Juliette was such a Godsend! She was helpful and even went to get several scents for me to try. I left with two different scents and all the ancillary products to layer them. The BOGO on the parfum was amazing! Also the girls at the register are productive and great multi-taskers!”

“Yorba Linda isn’t a huge store so it feels more like Ma and Pa… Staff is great with everything you might need.. We went in for camping gear and found all we needed in 20 min. Oh.. also bought an Odyssey Putter for under $200 Pretty hard to beat that.. I recommend highly for all your sports needs”

“I love this gym! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. There are classes offered almost every hour, which makes it super convenient with a busy schedule. Everyone is so friendly—it really feels like a community. They even have couches and a TV for kids to relax while you work out, which is such a thoughtful touch. Personal training is also available, and the coaches do a great job working with injuries and individual needs”

“Reasonably priced two level driving range. Used to come pretty often and just stopped by again with some friends last week. It was 130 balls for 13 I believe. Nice place to practice your swing and I think they have a place to putt also. Usually pretty busy but it's a nice location. Will definitely be back.”
