“Had to put down our elderly beagle as his life was becoming almost pure suffering due to his declining health, and the staff were so kind and compassionate. They didn’t rush us and let us take our time saying our goodbyes. It took us a few months to work up the courage to come back to pick up his ashes and again they were so understanding and caring. They gave us extra memorabilia that we didn’t expect upon receiving his ashes, to include a piece of set clay that had his paw print and name. It was very special and I’d highly recommend coming here for whatever your pet care needs may be.”

Finally reviewing them after an error on my end that delayed delivery the Customer Service Team was helpful in getting my delivery re-scheduled. I have a 100 gallon tank and they have kind enough to accommodate delivery for the 100 gallon tank which is not always possible for some companies. I appreciate their team and time.”

“Great convenient place to buy pet food or small hardware items locally without driving all the way to town. Their prices are competitive and they have a loyalty program that will give you a discount after so many purchases. The guys who work here are nice and always help me load the heavy bags into the car. They also have resident store cats here, they are always nice to see.”
