The lady at the front desk had a pet emergency that required her to tend to urgently off site and even with two other customers she had to juggle at the same time before she left was thorough and to satisfaction, and their maintenance man Sean id describe as very articulate and helpful, thanks you guys👍

We have needed a U-Haul more times than we like! We've always seemed to mess up our reservations somehow too.they have great customer service. Sean is particularly kind, patient, and accommodating. If we ever need a Uhaul again, we will go out of our way to rent it from here!
