“We've been taking our chickens here and nowhere else for over 6 years. The first time we visited with an ill chicken, I was worried that our chicken wouldn't be seen as an equal patient, and would be seen merely as livestock. It ended up being the complete opposite. Each one of our chickens has always been treated like any other pet, with love, respect and compassion by everyone: from Gail and the other ladies working reception, to the vet techs, to the doctors. We've brought our hens in for various reasons: treatment for illness, compassionate send-offs over the rainbow bridge, and necropsies. Each time, we've always felt confident that our hens were getting the best possible care.”

“My Luke Skywalkerr loves going here, and has been for going for the majority of his 15 years. They are gentle and caring and he really seems excited to go. Luckily he's had only good experiences there. He's unfortunately not well, went in for a visit, and they called to check on him after the visit. Now I've learned from other practices that you have to ask the costs up front, and BFPC has always been upfront and won't do anything without my consent. They are also respectful that I can't always afford everything they suggest. It's comforting to have such an honest trustworthy practice staffed with people who obviously love animals.”

“I recently rescued a kitten who was having diarrhea issues. Our normal vet was booked out and recommended this place. When I called they were able to get us in the next day with a relief dr. When we got there the front desks was so nice and welcoming. When we went to the exam room the vet tech Melissa, was so so so nice! Very sweet and knowledgeable. And then Dr. Adams came in and she was amazing. She took care of the issue and didn't try to do extra things for money. She was AMAZING! We were very happy with our visit and definitely recommend this vet!”

“I wouldn't want to go to any other practice! So far, I have taken 3 of my kitties to Tail Wag Inn, the most recent being the newest of the family, Panda, a stray found outside in the cold. From the very start they were so kind and loving to both myself and Panda. Once found out a more invasive surgery was going to need to be done, they answered all questions I had and more, and made what was a scary situation much more bearable for me. Day of surgery went amazing, the team was fantastic, and they took such good care of Panda, it was really a wonderful experience. 10/10, will always come to this practice, and will always be my first recommendation whenever anyone asks.”

“This place is very good. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. It was very easy to schedule a visit and promptly fit the urgency of my dog's case. The women at the front were polite, kind, and emphatic. They truly do a good job in Banfield Antioch. I will continue to bring my dogs to this hospital. I recommend it surely. They have grooming too. I haven't used it but the Sunday I was at the hospital, the grooming place was lively and full of cuties.”
