“Last week I had encountered a problem with my charger I admit I was very upset by my phone not charging and not able to exchange charging type C and I needed my phone to work properly .out of my own sheer frustration I and despair i took out my frustration and anger on the cashiers there .. I would like to express my sincere apologies to the blond lady and Indian man I was short and frustrated and too trying g to help me in my panic state.and I am re writing this review for this store to be recommended for 5 star customer service they do their best at there jobs and I apologize for my behavior sincerely customer .thank you and please visit gh I s location they give the best service on the area 5 star”
“I’ve lived in Davis for years and iFix has been a great help with my issues with my old phones. They are super honest and helpful, sometimes they have even given me free advice and told me there is no need for them to work on the phone and charge me. I really appreciate a place like this that I trust because I don’t know anything about electronics and they have been great!”

After having a short chat after turns out the poor lady was not able to have her phone set up properly prior and had to come back.
