“Maria was wonderful. She was busy with another customer but she made sure to keep checking in with us and ensure we were fine. Once she was done with the other customers she came up to us to help us finalize the picks of the beds. She went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal for our buck. Overall 10/10 experience. I really recommend you pay her a visit and let her help pick out a bed.”
“I was greeted by Brittaney upon entering Mattress Firm today. I described what I was looking for in a bed and she showed me numerous beds of varying comfort levels. She provided information about warranties on both the mattresses and automated frames. I was able to try out the mattresses - sort of like Goldilocks, and decided on a particular mattress. It was a pleasant experience - no high pressure techniques. I was extremely pleased with Brittaney and the knowledge she had about the various mattresses and frames.”

“I ordered two couches from here through one of the catalogues they have. I worked with Reed, and he was very kind. The items arrived a couple weeks after the original estimated delivery date, but we weren't in a hurry. The delivery driver was very nice, and he had the couches built in no time! If you're in a hurry for your items, they do have furniture in stock. I was looking for something particular and had the time to wait for delivery!”

After having a short chat after turns out the poor lady was not able to have her phone set up properly prior and had to come back.
