“I was greeted by Brittaney upon entering Mattress Firm today. I described what I was looking for in a bed and she showed me numerous beds of varying comfort levels. She provided information about warranties on both the mattresses and automated frames. I was able to try out the mattresses - sort of like Goldilocks, and decided on a particular mattress. It was a pleasant experience - no high pressure techniques. I was extremely pleased with Brittaney and the knowledge she had about the various mattresses and frames.”
“Brittanee was literally the best! She was super patient with my lady and I while we tried almost every single bed in the store. We gave her our budget which she respected, and she made sure we were sure on our pick and purchase. We will definitely be going back to Brittanee in the future.”

“This world market is one of my favorite stores. I love all their unique and imported items. They seem to have expanded their speciality food and drink section for the better. I wish they would expand their individual adult beverage section. Their furniture is amazing, but wait for the sale. Believe me, it will happen, and you will thank me later. The customer service is very good.”

“I ordered two couches from here through one of the catalogues they have. I worked with Reed, and he was very kind. The items arrived a couple weeks after the original estimated delivery date, but we weren't in a hurry. The delivery driver was very nice, and he had the couches built in no time! If you're in a hurry for your items, they do have furniture in stock. I was looking for something particular and had the time to wait for delivery!”

“I like this place. It's Costco returns, so some things have been opened and taped back up. But that doesn't mean it's all bad, just discounted. It's also hit or miss. One week they'll have a lot of something and then it's gone, sometimes for a month, sometimes for good. So, plan on coming weekly. They have clothes for everybody, food, snacks, furniture, and knick knacks.”
“I did not know we have West Elm outlet in California. I popped in and checked it out. I don’t really need anything in particular for the house right now. And nothing came my way asking me to take it home. These rather ordinary things, hence the sales are quite low (big discounts up to 75 percent off)
If you need furniture, decor, curtains, rug or bedding for the house, I think it is worth checking this store out.”

“Target always has the best things and best brands although they can be pretty pricey, I love the remodel I'm finally starting to get used to the new set up. It's usually packed most days but I'm always able to get in and out. Service is always great too”
“Great outlet. Well worth the stop I go there so often it's a little embarrassing. I've paid full price only to see the same item at the outlet 60% off with no damage! The staff are great they work really hard. It's sometimes hard to get a service provider to pick up items in the 2 day time frame (I live about 45 mins away). I got a larger car recently and now can take home aLot of stuff and they always help out with loading which is above and beyond. Much of the furniture is undamaged. The problem I notice is that they allow some items to sit for too long snd they need to move inventory out quickly because it seems like it gets the most damaged while being in the store. Parents allow their children to step and put their hands on all the white furniture. I love children but this furniture is not yours - it puts the staff in a tough position when parents let their kids jump on the couches. The store has a lot of cb2 products which i love I'd buy more but then I would have to open a store. My idea is just to more regularly note what items are sitting for a long time. I saw an ottoman months ago I would have bought today and it's still there at the same price and looks so bad. It must be a tough position but it's better to get items sold quickly than not at all or having to discount because of damage sustained in the store. The store is well worth visiting.”

After having a short chat after turns out the poor lady was not able to have her phone set up properly prior and had to come back. Thankfully Mekaida was working that day and provided wonderful customer experience to her. It is nice to see someone genuinely want to help their customers. Hire more people like them !”

“They have some really good deals on high quality recliners. Adrian has a lot of knowledge and pretty much can get you any type of furniture you need. He was less expensive then the Ashley Furniture store and offered better services.”
