“Not a 5 star place, but above a 4 star.
It is an older gym, but the equipment is very well maintained. I travel a lot and have visited AF many places. This location definitely has the best assortment of equipment I've seen. I appreciated that the music was not too loud. It makes it easier to hear my workout instructions and music.
Bathrooms are clean.
They do need to replace their workout mats and update their shower rooms (at least fix their hand soap dispensers, one did not dispense and the other was missing)
Overall, it is quite a nice gym. With ample parking.”

“I've been to good gyms and great gyms but never found gyms for me that suited me & the vibe after checking this place out. It's dark. It's small. I like it. Gets me right to business. ??”
“Dropped in today from out of town, and they were very nice and inviting, had a great atmosphere of athletes, and a good WOD too. Looking forward to coming back again next time I'm here for work!”
