“Not a 5 star place, but above a 4 star.
It is an older gym, but the equipment is very well maintained. I travel a lot and have visited AF many places. This location definitely has the best assortment of equipment I've seen. I appreciated that the music was not too loud. It makes it easier to hear my workout instructions and music.
Bathrooms are clean.
They do need to replace their workout mats and update their shower rooms (at least fix their hand soap dispensers, one did not dispense and the other was missing)
Overall, it is quite a nice gym. With ample parking.”

“Been going here for a while now and it’s been a very welcoming experience here. There’s these two young men I believe if I remember correctly their names are Jackson and Aiden who always make me feel welcomed and are very engaging to their gym members. Always willing to answer questions and help me with any issues or concerns I have with my membership. The staff truly build a welcoming community.”
