“My phone was frozen and Marcus at the front desk was very helpful and fixed it fast! Didn’t even charge me since it was a simple fix. Very welcoming and I’ll recommend them in the future!”
“I had a great experience with Mike and Max switching my phone plan from T-Mobile to Verizon. I was able to bundle my internet, subscriptions, and phone service for almost the same price as my old bill. I got two new iPhone 17s PM as well. They paid off my old phone as too. Which to be clear, you had to pay for upfront and they reimburse you later. It was a bit expensive to switch but my service is great on the new side of town. Thank you again guys. I look forward to doing business with you again.”

“I had been dragging my feet to get a new phone for weeks because i dread the experience of having to sit in a Verizon store for hours while i get a new phone set up. But i got to say, after being helped by a vibrant sales associate named Sheridan, my opinion on Verizon has totally changed. She was knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Had me in and out with the perfect phone in like 30 minutes, phone was totally set up and everything. She was charming and made the whole experience enjoyable. If i was running Verizon i would definitely be giving that young woman a raise and promotion, employees like that make the whole corporation look good.”
