“One male customer services representative (not Alex) was not very friendly. I waited for about 15 mins, when it was my turn to be called he purposely ignored me and took another customer, he didn't apologize or say someone will be with you shortly. I hope management makes sure he gets the customer service training he needs to properly assist other customers in the future.
