A young man named Guillermo sat me down & took his time to explain all promotions & the details of my account, he was very professional & and spoke to me like we've know each other for year, he made me feel very comfortable. The store was clean & welcoming as I was greeted by all staff members. As he dove deeper into my account he found I was eligible for some major discounts, I got the new Samsung galaxy 23 the one w/ the cute lil pen and he helped me get extra lines for my family and a new table for my son Santiago. My only recommendation would be to not create pre- pre-determined desires based on vehicle or bike and always assume they have money so you don't have to climb uphill when you're selling or allow it to undermine your integrity about your products when there's other ones for the same price that are better.
