“Having just moved to Dixon, I noticed this store rarely has many cars in the lot in front. I needed stamps so I tried it. The store is clean, well stocked and the one employee working the entire front of store was very responsive and courteous. Justin is great and management owes it to the staff to make sure they have enough coverage. I’ll be shopping there again, as I bought much more than just stamps.”

“I love the CVS in Dixon! The staff is so nice and the service is great! Today I had another amazing experience! Sheena rang up all my items and completed my transaction when I realized I failed to transfer discounts to my Extra Care Savings Card. She was so patient and understanding when she refunded the original purchase and processed a new transaction. The manager on duty kindly serviced other customers while Sheena focused on me. Thank you SHEENA for your kindness and outstanding customer service!!!! I will definitely be back!”

“I have had multiple medications filled at this pharmacy and some were very difficult to get prior authorization or refills on (not caused by the pharmacy employees). They have gone out of their way at LEAST 6 TIMES to reach out to the insurance, my doctor, and researching billing discrepancies related to coding. They are AMAZING!!! Recently, one of my meds they lilly direct has to be filled at a different pharmacy in town (which makes me sad) but they have transferred my med very quickly to the new pharmacy. I cannot recommend them enough. All the staff that work there are incredible!!!! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!”
