“The lady in the office is so sweet, professional and extremely helpful! I live out of town. My card was expired to pay for the unit. I came into town to drop stuff off and saw her outside. I asked her if she could take my payment. I didn't realize the office was closed. She opened it for me and took care of my payment for me. I was very thankful! I'm very pleased with her customer service!!”

“My review is mainly regarding the manager at this storage facility. The current manager took over this place after the last managers were let go. From what I've heard they were really bad managers. The new manager named Charity is by far the best ever. She Is so nice so friendly and a pure pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a storage unit go here and talk to the manager. She will take very good care of you. A++++ She is the very best!!!!”
“I hadn’t visited my storage in quite some time. When I finally came to move my things out, I saw my belongings were torn into by rodents. Feces and Urine stained my antique chairs and clothes.The reason I don’t rate it any lower is on account of the very friendly and helpful staff that makes up for this inconvenience.”
