“Beautiful and affordable apartments, and super understanding and cooperative team. Although we were unfortunately unable to commit to our leases in the end (due to circumstances unrelated to Arlington themselves), they were still willing to make an exception and comply with our requests. Management was extremely responsive and understanding throughout the entire process. Specifically, Niya was extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Overall, I recommend Arlington as a fantastic place to live in Davis.”

“Working out quite well overall, and the rates are fair when compared to the hedge fund owned operations. There are time constraints to access the unit but this was transparent from the onset and one just has to plan around it, not a 'show stopper' for me. I had one issue with the garage door and it was rectified in a few days time. Courteous and professional, including the parent location in Woodland. Thank you Sierra Mini!”
