I cannot say enough how much I loved my experience. Never have enjoyed shipping or thought I would say I had the best experience shipping on Yelp, but there is always a first and I wish this place was in charge of our usps! Not only do you get the best service you get the best prices too! They were by far the cheapest fingerprinting place in northern bay and the shipping material was insanely cheap as well.”

“The Highs: I typically come here for their self service printing kiosk and occasionally to ship things for work. I love the convenience of emailing my PDFs, getting an email back with the code, and then running in to print out what I need. The Lows: I find the printing cost for small sets of documents to be cheaper than printing at the UPS store but when it comes to shipping personal items, it can be a little pricey. Parking can be a little annoying here as well. The In-Between: Overall people are friendly and helpful here. For a fee, they will package your stuff for you and sometimes the price can be similar to if you buy the box, tape, filling, etc. directly from them. So I'd recommend that.”

Obscure facts about the FBI fingerprints website -- they have it memorized. Photo requirements for international visas -- they know it by heart. They can even explain what mistakes a different store likely made on a complicated request. Really -- use these guys if you need something that requires service. Wonderful establishment.”

“Mario and Chris who work at this site are incredible. I was moving back to the East Coast and was scrambling to pack up my entire life before a fast-paced turn of events before graduating from vet school. I was stressed, exhausted, disheveled as I tried to ship out these heavy moving boxes. After being delayed to shipping my boxes and not finding an affordable option with UPS, I was turned to the FedEx store by the UPS team with the hope that I could use a third-party shipping label company at the FedEx location. With this being my last day to ship out my belongings and no other options for moving my stuff, Mario and Chris were my heroes, truly. I arrived at the store ten minutes before they closed, but it was their patience and grace that allowed me to ship the boxes even half an hour after closing. They helped me with signing into the computers for printing out shipping labels, they lent me a phone charger when my phone died, and they were kind and patient with me. I cannot speak highly enough of these two.”

I understand the rigors and demands of the job but she seemed to actually hate her profession. I'm happy to update my negative review after mailing several packages from this location today, 2 weeks before Christmas. The new employee, Michael, was extremely friendly and professional. As busy as they are this time of season he still had a great outlook, sense of humor and professionalism. I commend him for his personal attention and great outlook with the difficult job he has day to day, he certainly knows how to treat and respect his customers. Thank you Michael, God bless you!”

“One of the better Post Offices I've been to. It's always nice, clean and the clerks are friendly, efficient and helpful. As a disabled person, I really appreciate that type of service. The downside, there is no handicapped accessible door and unless there's someone to help me, I have a hard time opening the door being in my power wheelchair. I called the USPS national number and was told that older Federal building ls aren't required to follow ADA rules for customer accessibility... REALLY?”

“I have no idea why all the negative reviews. The attendant acted cordially, pleasant and smiled. She commented on the weather and we conversed about the new winter stamps, which I just purchased. Winter, the best of all seasons! Go there. Feel the Davis downtown vibe, as the customer in front of me reeked of weed, yet conversed with his current package about to enter the world of first class mail: classic Pokemon cards. Again, the attendant had something positive to say about the hobby. Who could not like this little slice of postage heaven? Cheers people”
