Hii I am the girl who sent 2 luggage (in a box each) to Washington DC from the Davis UPS store here, I sent it on 03/20/2026,I even wrote the survey for the staffs in charge of me and this google maps review too. The luggage were big and it was across the nation, so I payed $501.89 total, including all the insurances. The thing is its been 11days since then but I never got any tracking emails nor texts, and I called you since yeaterday for 15times but you won't answer. Now I'm seriously concerned what is going on and when will I be able to get my luggagesTT would u pls respond?”

“I did not know that it was possible to run a shipping services business in a way that elevates to an art form. Seriously, the people at this store know everything. Obscure facts about the FBI fingerprints website -- they have it memorized. Photo requirements for international visas -- they know it by heart. They can even explain what mistakes a different store likely made on a complicated request.
Really -- use these guys if you need something that requires service. Wonderful establishment.”
“Both times I've been to Staples to get a project printed, the employees were really nice. The first time I went the employee patiently walked me though how to submit my project file on my phone, and worked with me to get it printed how I needed. The second time, I submitted the order online, and my project was printed on time and easy to pick up.
If you need to print something or get it laminated, this Staples is pretty reliable.”
“I had a package issue and they really put in full effort to help me find the package. You have to really push politely to get them to do something about it but they will! The postmaster was super nice and kept in touch with me about the package I sent. You just have to be consistent checking in too!! Love you USPS.”

“I am revising my previous post from a few years ago that pointed out an employee there that never should've been hired due to her terrible attitude and demeanor. I understand the rigors and demands of the job but she seemed to actually hate her profession.
I'm happy to update my negative review after mailing several packages from this location today, 2 weeks before Christmas.
The new employee, Michael, was extremely friendly and professional. As busy as they are this time of season he still had a great outlook, sense of humor and professionalism. I commend him for his personal attention and great outlook with the difficult job he has day to day, he certainly knows how to treat and respect his customers.

“I have no idea why all the negative reviews. The attendant acted cordially, pleasant and smiled. She commented on the weather and we conversed about the new winter stamps, which I just purchased. Winter, the best of all seasons!
Go there. Feel the Davis downtown vibe, as the customer in front of me reeked of weed, yet conversed with his current package about to enter the world of first class mail: classic Pokemon cards. Again, the attendant had something positive to say about the hobby. Who could not like this little slice of postage heaven? Cheers people”
