“I requested a tow through my insurance company roadside service app and Octavio’s towing was dispatched within 10 minutes or so. The truck arrived about 20-25 minutes later. The driver was professional and pleasant, and he loaded my poor little car up quickly (dead battery due to dead alternator). My husband had met me at the location so he and I drove home. The tow truck arrived at our house a few minutes after we arrived and got my car into the driveway. I had gone inside and the driver knocked on our door to check and make sure my car was placed where I wanted it before dropping it from the truck. I thought that was very nice to ask! After a quick signature, the driver was on his way. I did not have to pay anything as the bill was sent automatically to my insurance. The driver even showed the $0 cost to me before I signed. The whole production from service request to landing in my driveway took just under an hour. The quick response time and professionalism/courtesy and cordiality from the driver made it all very low-stress for me in what could have been a stressful situation.
