The ETA was spot on and the technician Christian was amazing! He was so helpful and kind. Super personable and very informative. He fixed the tire in no time and even checked if my tires had air in them. I am a single mom with a 7 year old son and I can truly say I am very much appreciative of that extra helpful gesture. “I had a reservation for a truck at 8:00 am. When I entered the office, the two women there barely made eye contact. There was no greeting. Just a "how may I help you", but it was very dry and unwelcoming. It wasn't just her. The other lady was uninviting as well, she just wasn't the one that assisted me. I think it would be good to train the team that no matter how early it is, no matter what is going on in their business or personal lives A smile goes a long way. She was initially very dry. However, I knew I had a long day ahead of me so I presented with the warm and welcoming environment that I wished I had walked into. By the end of our transaction, she warmed up. And guess what? She has a lovely personality. I hope that she shares that more with customers when they walk in the door. So for that, I added another star to the 3 stars I was going to give. Customer service goes a long way and more companies, large or small, should invest in the detailed training of their employees in this area. Customer service, isn't common sense, as common sense isn't "common". A standard of customer experience should be adopted.”

“Long story, but Brian at GM Towing was the hero. my tires and rims were stolen, car was laid horribly on bricks. Called Progressive and mail my claim, say after day got on the phone with them to get someone out to my car. Let them know it has 0 tires and was on bricks. Every day for 2 weeks (today is the 2 week mark) they tried to dispatch someone to pickup the vehicle. Every single time they would show up, without tires, and leave empty handed even though Progressive put notes the vehicle had 0 tires. Somehow the tow companies would indicate the picked up the vehicle and dropped it off at Caliber Collision nearby. They eventually called me to let me know they didn’t have the car and wanted to ensure I knew what was going on. After expressing my experience with Progressive and Agero (dispatch company), Caliber Collision offered to have they’re friendly neighborhood tow company come help(unrelated to Progressive). Later that evening Brian showed up, and assessed the situation. He immediately said he didn’t want to move it the way it was because it would damage it further (2 other tow operators were going to drag the vehicle onto the truck, with no tires, until I stopped them). He mentioned he could probably get it done the next day (today). While at work this morning I got a few photos of my vehicle, with 4 rims and tires, off of bricks, and confirmed he picked up the vehicle for delivery. He was cool as could be and provided quick and easy service. Took my vehicles well being into consideration, chatted for a few minutes and got the job done.
