“My car had a flat last night, I have a Volkswagen and went through them to get roadside assistance this morning and they contracted Henry's towing to assist. The ETA was spot on and the technician Christian was amazing! He was so helpful and kind. Super personable and very informative. He fixed the tire in no time and even checked if my tires had air in them. I am a single mom with a 7 year old son and I can truly say I am very much appreciative of that extra helpful gesture. “I had a reservation for a truck at 8:00 am. When I entered the office, the two women there barely made eye contact. There was no greeting. Just a "how may I help you", but it was very dry and unwelcoming. It wasn't just her. The other lady was uninviting as well, she just wasn't the one that assisted me. I think it would be good to train the team that no matter how early it is, no matter what is going on in their business or personal lives A smile goes a long way. She was initially very dry. However, I knew I had a long day ahead of me so I presented with the warm and welcoming environment that I wished I had walked into. By the end of our transaction, she warmed up. And guess what? She has a lovely personality. I hope that she shares that more with customers when they walk in the door. So for that, I added another star to the 3 stars I was going to give. Customer service goes a long way and more companies, large or small, should invest in the detailed training of their employees in this area. Customer service, isn't common sense, as common sense isn't "common". A standard of customer experience should be adopted.”

We could genuinely tell that he wasn’t just providing a service, he truly cared about our situation. “Tanya was amazing and very welcoming. She helped me gracefully, and I'm glad I got her as my rep. The trailer was fine, but one of the rachet straps stopped working and it took me longer to get the car secured on the transporter. I'd recommend checking that the rachet straps work properly before leaving the store so you don't end up in a situation like this.”
