Bullards Bar Reservoir is a beautiful and peaceful lake with emerald blue water, surrounded by oak and pine trees. The color of the water is striking. It is great for house boats, party boats, swimming, and boating, or just relaxing, and is not too crowded. The marina is great with all new rental buildings and a store offering drinks, snacks, and apparel. The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful, making the rental and check-in process seamless. The lake also has convenient floating restrooms. It is a wonderful place for a perfect day or weekend experience.
The most beautiful lake I ever had a chance to spend the weekend on. Color of the water makes it look like one of those Caribbean places.

Beautiful lake and not too crowded. We really enjoyed our day on the lake. Great marina with very kind workers. Loved the man who shuttled us in the golf cart.
