“I am so grateful for this body shop. I got in an accident last weekend and a huge piece of metal was hanging off my car. I came hoping that they could help me take the metal off my car so I could safely drive until I get a new car. The owner Julio greeted me when I arrived. I told him what happened and he was so kind and said they would be able to take the metal off for me. I came back the next day and they removed the metal and zip tied my bumper and they didn’t charge me. They helped me out of the goodness of their heart. Highly recommend coming to this body shop as they don’t only do amazing work from what I see in the other reviews, they also genuinely care for people!”

“I was on a road trip from Washington to LA along the coast. Unfortunately during my drive down I could tell something was wrong and my car was getting no power (despite having it checked before I left). I spoke with Jason at Glenn's and they were able to get my car in immediately when I got into town. The diagnostic was completed before the end of business that day and my car needed a new catalytic converter. I had my estimate the following morning, and my car back the day after that. I really appreciate them accommodating my time constraint as I only had 3 days before I had to start driving back to Washington. The drive back was wonderful and the car ran great!!!”

Told me exactly what the problem was, what it cost to repair it, and even sent me to get the oem part from the dealer (no upcharge) to have his shop install it.
Car is fixed, great price and only took an hour. What more can someone ask for? I hope these guys keep getting business because these honest shops deserve it.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Travis and Wally at Westwerk German Auto Repair. I brought in my 2008 Porsche Boxster S for a Tiptronic transmission service and an interior door-handle repair, and they went above and beyond from beginning to end.
Wally took the time to show me the old transmission pan and explain what he was seeing, which helped me understand the condition of my car and feel confident about the work being performed. After the service, I noticed a small transmission-fluid leak caused by the old pan not sealing evenly. Travis immediately took responsibility, ordered a new Porsche transmission pan, and replaced it without charging me additional labor. They also replaced a door-latch part as a goodwill gesture after noticing it had been scratched during the previous repair.
Travis was honest, communicative, generous with the pricing, and genuinely cared about making everything right. Wally’s knowledge and attention to detail were equally impressive. They also completed my brake-fluid flush, and my Boxster now drives and shifts better than ever and my Boxsters mpg improved.
It is rare to find a repair shop that combines this level of expertise, honesty, customer service, and integrity. Travis and Wally have earned my complete trust. I will never take my Boxster anywhere else. Westwerk is now my Porsche shop for life. Highly recommended!”

“This place is great.They don't just do British cars like Jags or Range Rover (they recently serviced my BMW X5), but thats their specialty for sure.There's a good reason the lot is always full.Excellent fair work at a reasonable price. And definitely cheaper than a dealership.I've taken two Range Rovers there for service, my X5, and they did a Jaguar service for me as well.The owner Rigo is not a BS-er. The times he's worked on my cars, the final price is always a little bit less than quoted which is always good.The place has been around for a long time.
