“I went to this shop today after having ongoing issues with my AC, and i was blown away at how amazing the service was. My fix wasn’t easy, but the owner and mechanics tried all day to make it work, and they finally did! Keep in mind, there is a heat wave in LA right now and my commute to work is very long, so the owner really put in the effort to fix this. He also was so kind and knowledgeable. I will be going here for future visits, and I cannot recommend this place enough!! 10/10 service. Also, the price was amazing, especially considering how complicated my car was. Thank you BB Auto Tech Repair!!”

“I’ve been coming to this auto repair shop for about 10 years now, ever since I owned my first car. Every car I’ve had has been taken care of here. What I appreciate most is the honesty, reliability, and transparency. If something can be fixed, they’ll tell you. If it can’t, they’ll be straight up about it no games, no upselling. It’s hard to find mechanics like this these days. He’s an old-school guy, very knowledgeable, and just genuinely cool to talk to. If you ever have car trouble, stop by he’ll take care of you.”

“I've been here twice, in which I was recommended by a friend. The first time I came here I thought I was going to get screwed over like most of these other shops. All I could say is I was WRONG. Carlos diagnosed my problem and told me exactly what was wrong with it. Even Then I Thought It Was Going To Be Expensive. It was far from being expensive. His prices are great and he is honest about everything he does. He doesn't mickey mouse anything and doesn't screw you over like these other shops. He is a very honest man and is great at what he does. He will now be my permanent auto electrician. I highly recommend him!”
