Bank of America Financial Center has made proactive efforts to enhance cleaning procedures and follow CDC guidelines to ensure client safety. Due to these measures, the center may temporarily modify its hours, so clients are encouraged to check the website or mobile app for updates. Customers have shared positive experiences despite busy times. One reviewer noted a long line but appreciated the fast service and helpfulness of the tellers. Another customer, who forgot their debit card, received excellent assistance from a customer service representative who offered to help despite the busy environment. This representative's politeness and attentiveness made a strong impression. Additionally, a small business banker at this location, Diana Gutierrez, received high praise for her exceptional customer service. She is described as professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, helping clients navigate the complexities of business credit. Although the clients did not secure a business credit card immediately, they successfully obtained a business auto loan, thanks to Diana's guidance. Her genuine care for clients and expertise in her field have led to strong recommendations for anyone seeking assistance with small business needs. This branch is okay and we got to the ATM securely and safely… however, I found the place somewhat insecure since it is hiding at the back of a grocery store and looks isolated. Entering the place is also strange as you can only enter from one direction, but otherwise we had no problems.
