Although the store is well managed and organized, some customers feel that staff could be more friendly. When I stepped in. Well organized, very cool store atmosphere, the crew were helpful and had the basics really well, however, they seemed to be stretched out way too thin. I bought a plush toy and my mom (the main shopper) knee brace.

Thank you to Luis who went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very patient looking everywhere for some snow boots I needed. He was kind enough to call another store so they can place them on hold for me. 10/10 would recommend this location!!!
