They now get our UPS packages if ur not home at time of delivery, they're not organized yet but the Downey Store is very clean.

Horrible service, horrible staff, rude in every way possible. I have never felt like saying bad things to anyone as much as this place is rude. There answers to your questions are just stupid like who employees these idiots.

Tre the pharmacist at 2am is horrible. He takes his break for like 30 minutes and then takes his lunch. I waited with the flu for him for 30 minutes to get my medicine and even checked outside for him. I discovered after I went to my car he was parked right in front of me. The cashier said he does this all the times and I need to speak to his superior John which I will in the morning. He was extremely rude when I told him I was waiting. Shook his head like he didn't care. I said he should let his coworkers know what he's doing. People rely on him.

I went to get medicine yesterday n it was 20 for both and today it one for 20 they know how to get people n scam them ... disappointed

This pharmacy is very slow when going thru the Drive thru . Plus Warren High-school parents take up the parking lot before or after school. I couldn't even get into the drive thru since the parking lot is packed !! Kids walking all thru the parking lot especially after school. So best to drive carefully!!

Nothing to do to improve. I was greeted when I walked in, was helped with a smile at the pharmacy, and had no problem checking out. Maria, the manager, was helpful and friendly. Love my CVS!

If I can give 0 stars I would. This is a horrible pharmacy!!! They never pick up the phone, when they pick up they just hang up!!! It is unbelievable!!! I called once and I was waiting for more then 30 min and then they finally pick up I can hear them talking and then they hang up right when I say hello? So frustrating !!!! Second time calling over 40 minutes and I get the rudest person answering!!! Unreal!!!!

Sunday November 12th. Usually great service. Oon their busy days. Its so odd when their no busy. I don't like giving bad reviews but I don't like being annoyed either.
