Business hours state until 7pm. I came in 620 waited 20 min in line and was told they're closed. They did not bother to look at my tire pressure at all. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thank you for NOTHING!!!

Just went in because of a flat tire caused by a nail. Hoping for a quick patch up. Older dude with glasses up front barley looked at the tire and said it wasn't repairable . Hole was to big and the tire was old apparently.. ( I had just replaced all four tires not even a year ago lol ) Told me I had to buy a new tire .. I left Bunch of scammers just tryna make you pay more. Went to Garcia Tires in Bell Gardens and they patched it for $20 in 15 mins

Literally still here in the parking lot. I came in right now to ask for a service and an estimated quote but the manager kicked me out. He ushered me straight towards the door and said they were closed. Sucks that a United States Marine is treated like trash.

We have had issues with customer service at other locations in the past. The Downey location has more polite and more informative employees. I was not informed on the status of my service and I called once and I was informed I would be provided an update after 5-7 minutes, no call or message. I dropped the car off 30 minutes before my appointment, just in case I can get my car services earlier. The car was not ready until 2 and a half hours later. I had one tire that needed to be replaced.

Good morning today is January 28th, 2024. Today I had brought my car to get its front tires replaced. I had booked a appointment the pervious week to make sure it's quick and easy. As I get here I noticed I was the first one to walk in and be helped out, Exactly at 8am. They then took my keys and I guessed started working on my car. 3 other people walk in couple mins later. Even a guy 30 mins later had walk in after me with a flat and still got his car before me. At this point I'm confused. It's already 9:20 am and the lady that came in after me even left as with her car. I'm trying to think like ok maybe I'm over reacting. But no I think I actually not, how u telling me a guy with no appointment, and a flat tire got his car first then me. You would think I would have priority right? Well I guess not here. Keep in mind I was only getting the front two tires replaced. It really take an hour and 30 mins for me to get two tires replaced. Just crazy to me. Sadly the only reason I bring my car here is because of the warranty I have on the tires. I would have to try a different Firestone because this one ain't it.

We have used Firestone for car up-keep for several years and are very satisfied with their service. The location is easy to get to, ease of making an appointment, and being able to check car maintenance records online are all assets.

First off SANTOS THE MAN, this guy is the one to look for when you head over to fire stone, he’s nice welcoming and all around a good personality, got in and out of the place in no time, I’ve never had an experience at fire stone like how santos provided, THANK YOU SANTOS I WILL BE BACK FOR SOME TIRES BROTHA

I came in for a scheduled oil change. It took them 30 minutes just to take my car back then it took them another another 90 minutes and when they finished the just moved my car to the back so I could wait for nothing. I'm standing here in front of an employee for about 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me

Found a nail in one of my tires in the morning before driving to work. Took my car here for tire repair. It turned out all of my tires were bald (80,000 miles old). Priscilla gave me options for new tires and her honest recommendations. She didn’t try to sell me the most expensive items, but what was reasonable and necessary. I appreciate that so much. Service was prompt and they were able to finish the tire replacement and alignment in 2 hours so I could go in to work. Highly recommend this place.
