“The LAPhil store is located in the Walt Disney concert hall. It is an adorable little store which focuses on what the LA Phil community would like to see and purchase. There’s merchandise related to the music performed and for music lovers from a very young audience to the older generations. There are inexpensive and expensive items to choose from. “This is your "Go To" little boutique shopping area for holiday decor as well as many other fun treasures.....nice for little gifts for friends. This store is a combo of several artists that make wonderful custom pillows for each holiday, wooden signs for your home or yard and many other treasures! They are on Los Alamitos blvd. near Los Alamitos High School. They are adjacent to the Shenandoah Restaurant which is a great place for lunch, with a beautiful patio....and the little shops as well.”

“Absolutely The best place for a teacher to go to buy prizes for her class decorations for her class. The prizes motivate the student center so much better than pencils and erasers. “For years this shop was originally on second street. It was fully supplied with items for the kitchen, dining, and other Japanese items. This shop is much smaller, no room to roam around like the other shop, where you could ogle and awe at wares. The owner of this shop is helpful. They have an adequate selection of ikebana vessels from Japan unlike anywhere else in LA. The prices are average considering import costs. Overall this shop is an important mainstay in the Japanese community.”
