“· It was my birthday and mentioned it to the staff. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and even waived a few things I received for free. They were cordial and professional, specifically Livy. Livy made me feel welcomed and because of that I will continue to book rooms there. Even in the morning when checking out she asked how my birthday went. I told her that's another conversation for another day, lol! Point is I usually book rooms down the street at another luxury hotel but because of the way I was treated Springhill Suites will continue to get my business!”

“Very disappointed. We have stayed at this motel many times over the past years. Even though the traffic noise is loud we found the location handy for us. I wasn't happy that the bottom sheet didn't cover the mattress protector and asked for another sheet. Because of this I felt front office wasn't happy with me. I just don't get not having sheets large enough for the bed. (YUK) My partner is a diabetic and we need to keep his meds cold. We asked if we could put our freezer packs in the office fridge/freezer as the room fridges don't have a freezer. The young lady in the office on check-in was fine with it. On ckeckout we were told if it doesn't fit in our fridge then we have to deal with it. She was extremely unfriendly. They won't accept anything in their fridge. We are traveling from overseas and have no other way to keep meds cold. We will never stay at this property again.A little kindness goes a long way. What goes around comes around.Rooms: Very noisey, need larger sheetsFood & drinks: Breakfast is a cupcake and coffee”

“I've stayed here twice. Hard to find good hotels in this area without paying $300 per night. Place was clean, updated and comfortable. I would definitely keep staying here when I'm in the area to visit family. Staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you for having us....again!”

“I just moved in today that this hotel I wish they would have had a tub big refrigerator but I like the area where I'm at walking distance from a lot of places if they would have had a bigger refrigerator and a bathtub I would have been here longer like a kitchenette”

“I don't usually stay at hotels like this (I'm usually a Holiday Inn Express budget kind of guy). But i liked it here! Rooms were clean & neat. The breakfast in the am was great (had a ham & tomato omelet). There was alot of parking in the rear after hours. Our front desk clerk was cool as hell (not sure his name. African-American guy with an accent)! And the cleaning lady was really nice. My overall experience was fantastic. Hopefully I can return for another stay soon. Visiting from Houston.Nearby activities: You've got the Famous Randy's Donuts within 2 miles from the hotel. The Downey Theater is right next door to the hotel. And plenty of spots to dine and enjoy nearby. I like the location.”

“Very nice clean hotel, older gentleman at the counter was very polite. My only complaint is I booked a room with a jacuzz, Room 216. The jacuzzi itself did not work. I was very disappointed as I booked that room for that purpose. I needed a Jacuzzi to relax my muscles from stress at work. If the owners know about this issue I hope they are telling their guests before checking them in”
