Her measurement was so precise that that cabinets came out precisely fit in all the corners and space available in my kitchen. She was also very patient with me with choices of color and when we wanted to change color even after putting the order, she was very happy and helpful in doing so for us. Patrick was unable to offer a replacement kit, but went out of his way to explain my options of either getting adapters and going into a 2 handle system or looking online for a 3 handle system. He even went onto Amazon and showed us a few options available and onto the Pfister website for additional options. He offered to order the parts and have them delivered to their showroom if they did not offer sales to the public. Although I wasn't able to give Patrick my business, he was so helpful in finding solutions to the issue of renovating an older home. He was so friendly and professional, I felt so appreciated. The next time I am looking for bath fixture parts, I will call Standard and give them some business.”
