“Went in to get a new suit and was immediately welcomed like I was family. I was able to get a single suit for such a good price. AND when I came back today needing some alterations on my pants, they helped me out with NO CHARGE. Best suit experience by a long shot!”
“This is my daughters favorite store, ngl I like it too. They can be a bit pricey at times, it's best to wait for the sales and always check out the clearance section.”
“I have rented a suit from the La Miranda location and was able to return the suit to the Downey location which is convenient. Overall this family business is the best of the best , and would not go anywhere else for a suit . I was able rent a suit 24 hours before both my brothers wedding snd my cousins wedding.”
“It's been a year since I promised to return, and so I did - finally.
It seemed the store had expanded in size. Apparently the service and courtesies extended to me that grew. Mind you, my previous visit was very accommodating - big shout out to Jen.
This time around, scored more cool merch and the shoe care travel kit (highly recommended).

“I went to the Downey location to pick up my online order, I spoke to Brian who informed me that my order hadn't been processed yet and that he would go check on it, he returned shortly to tell me that it hadn't been picked yet and that he would go on the floor to see if it was there, I told him that online stated that there was only one of the items at their location but if by chance he found an extra one I world take it as well well to my surprise Brian did indeed find another one and also informed me that I had 25.00 Kohls cash so I only paid 5.00 for my 30.00 item. Brian went above and beyond which unfortunately almost unheard of anymore. Thank you Brian greatly appreciated.”

“I like this particular Old Navy. It's busy, but usually it has everything I'm looking for and more! At times I walk out with a bag I didn't expect to get. LOL! To me, the best time to go is when they open. During the holiday's that would also be the BEST time or order online! Happy Shopping! ??”

“Employees are very courteous and patient. They answer all of your questions and aren't rude even though they are very young.THAT BEING SAID ordering online has been a bit of a mess. I know this isn't a review of their website but it does cause s lot of issues with in store returns, not to mention holding up the line. My most recent orders took forever to arrive to the point where I contacted customer service and they told me they were lost and would RESEND even though I didn't want them to.When the items finally arrived and I tried to return, some items could not be returned. Idk if I have already been refunded for those it's because I did not see a refund in my bank account for those particular items.Refunds also take about a week to process if you pay with credit card which is really annoying. I felt really bad for the employee that helped me today because he was really confused (so was I) so I just left with the items he couldn't return so I wouldn't hold up the line.”
“I’m very old so shopping for comfortable shoes is always such a hassle!! Especially with back pain. Luckily, I came across this footlocker location which is huge with so many varieties of apparel and shoes that I found great. I bought some onclouds with the help of an amazing employee, I do not recall her name but to my attention she was wearing a headscarf with a Lebanon pin on her lanyard. That is all I remember besides her name. She was great and brought out many size options for me when I was having a hard time finding my size so thank you very much to the kind young lady for your patience. Overall good customer service and experience. The generous Arab young lady who helped me was gorgeous. Salute to all the employees.”

“GOOD AND BAD SERVICE:
Today my wife and I have bought 4 pairs of shoes. Ever, the sale clerk provided an excellent customer service but the lady that works with her is very unhelpful. He assisted us finding the right size of shoes and facilitated how we could avail of discounts which resulted us buying additional pair of shoes. However, the lady working with Ever was interrupting our check-out process by discouraging us to buy additional pair when Ever explained to us additional discounts. While we were shopping she was not helpful now that we were in the process of checking-out she interrupted impolitely. She should not be employed there,!. She does not know how to deal with customers to get them to buy more shoes.
