“My brother and I went to this place for the first time, and it's a real good shoe store.
The service was great. Two employees (I think their names were Josh and Joey) would ask if everything was alright and if we liked the shoes. They were super kind and super cool.
The variety was insane. The amount of styles, sizes, and colors of any and all shoe brands were incredible.
If I had one critique, it would be the pricing.
Other than that, I recommend you Foot Locker, the best shoe store in Downey.”

You’re sweet little smile, the way your hands swayed when you walked, the way the light reflected so subtly off of your dark brown eyes, was like something out of a dream. I walked into Zumiez blind and soulless I walked out with a completely different mindset and knowledge. All thanks to Chris with a K. “Outstanding customer service without a doubt. Upon walking in I had an employee immediately greet me & help assist me in finding out what fitted cap size I was (which was my whole point in going in the first place) & what possible merchandise I was interested in & even went out of his way into the back to check stock in a certain cap that wasn’t available in my size out front. Was also very professional in helping me correctly complete my information for the sewing machine that’s an additional charge that isn’t nothing if you can afford it. The employee who assisted me throughout my whole purchase even held onto the merchandise I had purchased for me while I went to BJ’s while they worked on the embroidery I had paid extra for. Definitely gonna be a repeat customer in the future to come. Keep up the excellent work !!”
