I gave this place 5 stars because I'm very partial to hole-in-the wall bars. Is this place a dive? No. It's got dance and live music in its DNA. Remove the stage and 11/10 it's a dive.

Cash only. Light beer and cheap two tone drinks. Saw a few punk bands here and had a good time.
Opened since 1958, The Stardust Nightclub is the oldest and largest live music venue in Downey, California. Its storied past includes an appearance in an episode of the Twilight Zone and was a favorite watering hole for old Hollywood stars and Hall of Fame athletes including Steve McQueen, Frank Sinatra, Yogi Berra, Mickey Mantel and the 1970s LA Rams.
