“Amazon warehouse sent me two packages of MGV’s glass products in a paper bag. Obviously both packages arrived shattered. WGV International was very apologetic and gracious to help me get the wanted product without breakage from their warehouse instead.
In today’s environment it is refreshing to find great customer service does still exist. And amazon also has great customer service but i didn’t know how to get to a person to ask them to reship the product in a box instead of paper bag.”

“I'm so glad I found this place. Gaby is so nice to work with. I spoke with her; she sent me a quote by email the same day; and I was able to pay via phone. I ordered seven pieces of custom glass on a Monday and they were ready on Friday. When I went to pick them up all the guys were super helpful in getting my items securely into my car. Also their prices were $300+ less than a referral I was given that supposedly had some of the best prices in town. While at their facility it was clear that they are a go to resources for many glass companies.”

“Amazing service , hard working staff and great energy . I Ordered the money Bouquet and it’s cute , a great attention grabber and a kind gift. it’s about $50 in 1’s for the basic bouquet. Only problem I have is I wish they considered putting some roses inside of it to make it have a balance of nature and currency .”
“I am giving 5 stars because my desire is not to harm someone’s business but to express my concern respectfully. My wife spent nearly 3 hours there & spent $500.00. It may have been a mere misunderstanding, however, it seemed as though Mr. Albert may have been frustrated with my wife’s business, or, perhaps how she went about it. Once the transaction was completed it appeared to my wife that the receipt was just tossed on the ground in front of her. All I would like to share is I know nothing about this kind of thing, what I do know is this was my wife’s first opportunity to come to such a place and she was in heaven, right up until we completed the transaction & left, then she was disappointed and trying to figure out what she had done wrong. This really affected me as her husband of course, especially seeing her go from being so elated to rather deflated. We are sorry if we did something wrong or misunderstood how things are intended to work in such an operation.”

“If you speak English or Spanish and need help finding great deals on equipment you have to find Alex. He's tall and good looking but also really really good at his job. He answers late night texts. Never gets mad even if you're the worst. Guilty! He'll price match and look for all the deals and rebates and give you options. Even if he makes a mistake he always makes it right. Don't bring your wife or girlfriend as they will fall for his charm. I know I did.”
