“What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !”

“Stopped in after picking up a piece of furniture from savers that would not fit in my sedan. I stopped by and Pebbles helped me pick out a minivan which was perfect for my quick haul. She showed me how to put the seats down and stow them away for a perfect flat loading floor.
Pebbles went above and beyond helping me with my rental and even getting me a great price! Her professionalism is unmatched. Dave was also very helpful and ensured my drop off was quick and painless!

“Sorry this took so long but you guys did do a great job Sean was efficient and knowledgeable of the product we rented a minivan to go up north March March 27th through April 1st it was a great experience the van was clean and new easy to drive lots of features they gave us a lot of flexibility on our return time they gave us very clear instructions on how to use everything. As well as lots of great insurance coverages that we could pick from to protect the vehicle while we had it overall irate Sean and Enterprise Rent-A-Car 10 out of 10 definitely big Frank approved”

“I didn’t get my rental from them to be honest, it was because I was a little bit to late and it got rented. But with that being said, I had some time to talk with the ladies in the office and let me tell you that they are some of the most beautiful and caring people I’ve met in any business I’ve dealt with In the post Covid era where customer service and just nonexistent or understanding with their customers . But these wonderful people gave me a lot of confidence and hope that there are still wonderful people in business still . “rented on saturday the weekend of labor day. was greeted by the girl journey. she was great and answered all the questions i had. she was very busy which is understandable for labor day weekend, did have to wait for the car to be cleaned which again i understand it was only abt 10 mins, theyre only opened 8-12pm on saturday and only have 1 person to clean the cars. check out was quick and the rental process was easy.”

“They don't carry large passenger vehicles (12 seaters) like it says on the company website but they're at least friendly about accommodating the situation.
Ended up with a 7 seater van and it was spotless inside. Quick and easy pick up and drop off.
Their system is a little dated with paper receipts but I guess that helps with the better pricing around the area.”
