Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a wide range of car rental options at thousands of locations, including airports and in El Monte. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially at the Longo Toyota location, where service has been described as exceptional. Some reviews mention that although wait times can be around 15 minutes, the staff's courtesy and assistance make the experience enjoyable. However, there have been instances where customers received different vehicles than those reserved, leading to disappointment due to unclear communication about availability. Additionally, some users reported issues with vehicle features like Sirius XM and GPS not working as expected. Despite these concerns, many customers express a willingness to return for future rentals, citing the quality of service and the ease of booking through the Enterprise app.
