Efficient and Convenient
The entire process was efficient and convenient. I enjoyed the sales experience with Cesar ( Sales Rep) . I knew what I wanted and I was ready to trade in and buy a new car at the same time. No pressure, very respectful of time and car goal. I knew it would take a bit of a time, especially trading in & buying. I was ready for it and not bothered by it. Thank you Alyssa as well who explained the documents and went smoothly . They have earned my return business. Don’t waste your time with other dealerships.

I called in before coming to confirm the car was still available. I cam in and test drove it and loved it. I went home, thought about it and brought my car in for an appraisal, and once the appraisal was received, I decided to purchase the car. There was no pressure and the representative was well versed in the car I was buying and was able to provide a lot of detail in support of me making my decision. Stress free purchase.

Take my car to this location to do an estimate, told me 10 to 15 mins, i wait 50 mins then I have to ask what's going on. They told me it's done already, key is in the car. NO BODY TOLD ME THAT. After few hours they call me said my car worth $2000. It's a 2011 Toyota Camry, fair market value over $5000, I am expecting they give me more than $4000 to avoid the hazard… but they are completely wasting my time… I have to sell my car myself for $6300. Thanks Carmax give me this first and last time customer experience.
