Mutiny not only provides excellent facilities, coaching and workouts, it provides an encouraging atmosphere for all levels. “I previously attended the Arcadia Anytime Fitness gym, and I am so glad to have switched to this one! The managers are much more attentive and leagues easier to get ahold of, and the personal trainer I have worked with (shoutout to Brandon!) is amazing at demonstrating the proper way to use machines and perform warm-ups. I would pick this gym over any other gym, any day of the week, and I am so grateful to be a part of this awesome environment! People are so friendly here—it makes me feel less like a hopeless outsider and more like a real part of the fitness community, even though I have a long way to go still! “I like this little gym. I don't have to deal with crowds, people taking pictures and videos when they should be just working out. I would get anxiety going to 24hr fitness and planet fitness. I go to the Duarte fitness center and feel comfortable working out.”

“I typically go in the mornings around 4am and it is a great environment. Mostly older folks who are early risers that are in there at that time. I've tried afternoons but it is packed. I prefer the early mornings. Everything is clean and in order.”

“This is a great place to workout for beginners to experienced athletes. The focus is on functional movements and weightlifting. The coaches are very friendly and engaging. You don't feel pressure to perform- you go at your pace. It's a very positive environment.”
