“I’ve been doing online training with Coach Iggy since last November, and I really appreciate how structured and personalized his coaching is. Even though it is an online program, it does not feel like a generic workout plan. He adjusts the training based on my fitness level, goals, body condition, and what I need each month.
My program is designed for training three times per week, and each month he provides detailed workout videos and exercise blocks. The workouts are well planned and target different muscle groups, including core, upper body, lower body, and other areas I want to improve. I can feel that the exercises are designed with purpose, not randomly put together.
During the monthly check-ins, Coach Iggy takes time to ask about how my body feels, my progress, my questions, and my feedback. He also helps adjust the program when needed. I appreciate that he is patient when answering my questions and gives helpful reminders, tips, and feedback on form so I can train more safely and confidently.
The nutrition guidance has also been helpful. Even though I already had some basic knowledge about nutrition, I still learned new things from him about food choices, portions, and how to adjust my meals around my goals.
Overall, Coach Iggy is detailed, supportive, and knowledgeable. His online training program is structured, personalized, and easy to follow. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a coach who can provide both workout guidance and nutrition support.”

Before Aspire, I went to the gym 2 to 3 times a week, and I enjoyed running half marathons and Spartan races, but for some reason, it was difficult for me to maintain a consistent physique without doing extreme workouts or diets.

I started going to Reason after an introductory International Women’s day workout where they talked through nutrition and fitness, which then led me to a body scan and 6 sessions of personal training and 3 months of nutrition! I joined the group classes after my personal training and it’s now been 6 months. I used to do a lot of team cardio based sports but never really touched weights, and doing workouts on my own were unmotivating. Reason’s CrossFit style workouts challenge me every time I go, but it looks different every class! I’m grateful for such patient and encouraging coaches who care about form, safety, and quality movement over quantity and speed.
