Mike was the person who took care of me that day at store 3591 in Duarte, CA -- Fri 8/29. He was the epitome of what customer service should be -- everywhere, always.
I was under a super tight time constraint, while dealing with a lot of moving pieces and emotionally involved in my whole process.....
He absolutely hands down did an A-mazing job!
I am so grateful he was there and went above and beyond :-)

Everything will cost you if they have to do any customer sevice like asking to tape your box! Goodness! How much is it for a few strips! So ridiculous and greedy!

Mike and his team are always courteous, polite, and helpful! I have witnessed them handle even the most difficult customers with patience and professionalism. In a world where entitlement can sometimes run high, I truly appreciate their ability to manage challenging situations with grace. Customer service is no easy task, but they strike the perfect balance between warm, professional service and setting respectful boundaries when necessary. Keep up the great work, Mike and team!

Came here near closing to drop off a package while the UPS driver was loading up packages for this store. Things got super uncomfortable and heated when the driver finished loading the truck and tried to use the bathroom here but the owner (Asian guy as mentioned) forbid him to use the restroom and things escalated, the owner got super aggressive and deregatory (they had moved to the backroom but we could hear them arguing and cussing at each other) and it sounded like the store owner put hands on the driver????? The whole situation was extremely off-putting and gross. I have family that drive for UPS and hate to know that they can experience this type of treatment while they're doing arduous work delivering and picking up packages. I Would NOT recommend supporting this location if there are other UPS options near you.
