It’s very far from us - Banfield Dublin East. But it was the only Banfield that has opening for my friend. We were so glad that we drove 45 minutes without traffic jams. The nurse and the doctor were both very attentive and down to earth. It was totally worth to drive out and him taken care of. Highly recommende!

This particular Banfield is one of 2 that I've had outstanding experiences with. The entire staff is kind and helpful, even as veterinary practices all over continue to have staffing difficulties with increased pet ownership. It is highly recommended that, if possible, you make an appointment well in advance. The doctors are excellent! However, this clinic has been extraordinaryly helpful when we needed a quicker answer to an issue with our dog. Front desk staff and supporting techs give wonderful support to clients and make this Banfield one of our favorites.

Extremely professional, very accommodating front desk staff. I'm blown away by how amazing they are compared to other Banfields in the Bay area.

Terrible vets, bad front staff. Imagine a vet that takes your pet and doesn't let you interact during the visit. That's what this place is. They prescribe unnecessary treatments but only if you visit them quarterly. Really?! The front office gave me flack when my last visit was 5 months ago. I see my doctor less than that. Also took 7 hours to call me back during business hours when I was trying to get help for my pet. Really suggest avoiding this place like the plague. In my one visit I saw two vets over prescribe drugs to other's dogs and claimed that all dogs have allergies. If you can't be with your pet while they give an examination, can you trust them?Editing review as banfield replied:If you really cared, you'd have handled my last 3 complaints. I cannot believe that you put opinions on patient records. Disgusting...

Danville veterinary was bought by banfield. Prior to that I loved this vet (and the doctors and staff are still great). However banfield itself stinks. I always had insurance thru danville veterinary and they took care of my dog when she was sick and for normalOffice visits. Once banfield took over the "insurance" is only really good for preventative care. Every time my pet has been sick banfield in Danville as well as every other location has been unable to fit her in or provide appropriate care. So in addition to paying for the plan I spent a lot of money having to go to sage or other vets. When my dog passed I called to cancel the monthly and instead of doing what any other business would do and simply cancelling the plan they told me I had to pay for the rest of the year. And this was after I had to spend 1000 using other vets because banfield could not help. After complaining they told me I could have half off and took another 268 from me. This is truly uncaring and the company lacks empathy and common decency. I will never go to any banfield location again and discourage anyone from buying the maintenance plan. They really added insult to injury. This is not a reflection on the vets themselves but on the truly greedy corporate structure.

Terrible service. I’d give zero stars if I could. Do not bring your pet here.Other Banfield locations are much better. Take your pet there instead.

This Banfield is great. Really helped with the passing of one of my dogs. Friendly staff that are always happy to see and treat my pups.

Our dog got the best treatment by the vet doctor. She was very caring and very understanding to our needs. Our dog came in wagging her tail and she left wagging her tail even faster.Thank you,Tim Martin.

Bruno and Zoe love Dr. Tracy and Dr. Peace - as well as Nancy and Wesley. Nancy (Vet nurse) and Wesley (front desk) are amazing and you can tell they love your pets as much as you do. They both remember you and treat you like family. Wesley will go out of his way to help you and ensure that you have a great visit and that everything is resolved. Nancy, too - she is very gentle and understanding that you are concerned about your pets and that they need special care and attention. Update 02/01/2022: I received a call from Wesley regarding Bruno and Zoe's Bordatella expiring - so I called them back. Unfortunately, Therese (?) answered the phone and I explained to her the issue. She was rude, curt, and short with me on the phone. I asked if there was an appointment where will could come in and get the vaccination and leave - she said they don't do that - the appointment would take 30 minutes. She did not give me time to say, I wanted to wait for them and not do a drop off. It seemed like Wesley was then off the phone and trying to help make an appointment and he said tomorrow at 4:00 pm - and Therese asked me if I could make it. I responded do you have anything later - and she sort of snickered - and said no, we close at 5:00 pm (she previously told me it was going to be a 30-minute appointment). I could hear Wesley in the back if we were going to board them or put them in a kennel and Therese asked me the same thing and I said no. Wesley then said we could do it after their dental appointment then. Then Therese hung up with me. Overall, my phone call with Therese left me upset that she was so short, rude, and curt with me - it was like she was trying to get me off the phone quickly and not willing to listen to me. Every time I was about to explain or answer, she would speak and not let me ask questions.

The Compassion of the Workers helped relax my Senior Dog. Lately the only out of the house Dog trips have been to Vets or EYE Specialists. These workers greet my Dog Quickly and openly to reassure him that he will be okay. The Workers seem to genuinely CARE about our Fur Children. These Brand Ambassadors for this company need to be paid even more, the sweetheart comfortably offered helps reassure the Pet Owner that their pet, fur family members are in good hands.

The staff at this location is terrible and lack tact. Brittany and Jasmine need coaching before managing client calls. It's grossly inappropriate to tell someone that their concern is not their problem.
