Bad service. Scott always has a rude and grumpy attitude whenever we communicate. Makes promises or "favors" but then acts rude and unfriendly whenever we request said favors. Insane markup on equipment and unnecessary behavior. don't show.

Had my ball repaired due to ball return ejection damage. Scott was incredibly helpful and did an amazing Job bringing my ball back to working order. Ball is basically brand new again!Always an amazing job drilling and servicing my balls. He is incredibly knowledgeable and awesome to work with.

Absolutely the BEST place for ALL your bowling needs. Scott is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Really pleased with the service and he's just an overall great guy. I mentioned his outstanding reviews and he said, "yea I pay people off! " LOL Definitely not true! He's the real deal.

First time shopper and will definitely be bringing my business here again. I walked in looking to get back into bowling after 10+ years and to finally replace my bowling ball that "went missing." Scott greeted me and I bombarded him with a ton of questions. He answered all of them and made recommendations based on what style of bowler I am. Ended up picking the Black Widow Hybrid and he had it done within 30 minutes. Bought the wife her own double roller bag too. Can't wait to try out the new ball.

Knowledgeable and fast. Clearly the best store along the 680 corridor for new bowlers. They have a wide catalog where you can order a type of ball and shoes and they will order them to the store for you.

I’m a novice when it comes to bowl. I came in to ask few questions and about pricing for ball drilling. The people there were very unfriendly, and seem as though they didn’t want to help me. I guess I have to take me business somewhere else. Thanks a lot??

After many years of using house equipment, I decided to buy my own bowl but I was a little overwhelmed by all the information on the internet. I should have skipped that and just went straight to bowlers experience too! All the folks I interacted were knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. In addition, I was happy to find things in my price range (which I wasn’t expecting) Since then I have bought shoes and other supplies and every interaction has been extremely positive.

Just spoke with Scott. Was looking for something specific. Genesis thumb tape quick release (red) to be exact. They didn't have any in stock, but he quickly and happily ordered it and said he'll have it soon. We spoke a bit about thumb tape, and my experience with another brand and how the staying power was not the same as I have experience with the Genesis. He appreciated the feedback and put it into action. I love places that listen to their customers. Even for something as little as thumb tape.

I originally went to a different pro shop as it was closer to where I live even though someone had advised me not to. Long story short it was a mistake. Multiple issues of dealing with the pro shop owner. I recently just went to Bowlers Experience and what a difference! I could tell that he was really busy but he was still super helpful. He even fixed the mistake from the other pro shop. I will be going here first from now on.

We picked up a new ball for my son and Scott was awesome as usual! He was handling the kids league, running the store - since his employee took an unexpected vacation - and he was able to prep and drill the ball for my son in 30 min! He brought the ball out for my son to use... THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You can buy things online but we should always support hard working business owners like Scott! 5 star review - only because I can't give him more!
