I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Dublin. I’m happy with the quality of the repair— front and rear bumpers were done beautifully and in a timely manner. All employees were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process, and made everything smooth and as stress-free as possible. I would recommend this location for body shop work.

Update: the General Manager was unable to resolve my issues. After I posted a Google review, they called me—likely under pressure from the regional office. Unfortunately, the GM didn’t seem interested in understanding my concerns. Instead, he appeared irritated by the inconvenience and focused on criticizing my review rather than addressing the problem. He even reminded me about the paperwork I had signed. Like I am a minor. As a customer, that experience was disheartening. I wasn’t looking for an argument—I just wanted to be heard and treated with respect, not made to feel like my issue was an inconvenience to them— my insurance had to pay for the work just to get the estimate. I’m hoping they’ll release my car today. Bottom line: terrible service and zero concern for customers. I don’t recommend this place — just avoid it. There are plenty of other shops in the area that treat people better. Who needs this stress!
I’m writing this out of complete frustration and disappointment with how I’ve been treated by both the insurance company and this collision center. My 2014 Audi was parked and got hit on the rear bumper — the damage was limited to the bumper and side panel. The car is otherwise in great condition: frame, engine, transmission — everything runs perfectly.
When the collision center sent their estimate, they quoted over $9,000 just to repair the bumper and panel! Because of that inflated estimate, my insurance company (Progressive) immediately declared my car a total loss and tried to write it off as salvage. That’s completely unfair when the vehicle is mechanically sound and only has cosmetic damage. Look at the picture attached, $9k!!!
This whole experience has been beyond stressful. I just wanted a fair estimate and the ability to make my own decision, but instead I’ve been met with inflated costs, lack of transparency, and zero communication. I would strongly recommend that anyone thinking of bringing their car here get everything in writing before agreeing to a single thing.

From the initial inspection to the completion of the repair, every step was handled with efficiency, transparency, and care. The staff provided clear explanations, accurate estimates, and delivered the work on time. It’s evident that customer satisfaction and quality workmanship are top priorities here. I highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking reliable, professional automotive service and repair.

Super frustrating to work the caliber collision in Dublin Ca. I went through insurance and they initially said it would ~2 weeks to repair the car, and now it has been 3 weeks now and job is not done yet. The worst part is they don’t give you any explanation or details of what is being done to the car and why it is taking long. I called 4 different times in the last 2 weeks to get an update. The receptionist would tell me that some will call back and no one called all 4 times. Very poor customer service. Now I’m worried about the quality of repair. Don’t take your car here. It is such painful experience

Unsafe – Negligent – Unprofessional
I took my son’s 2025 Honda Civic SI to Caliber Collision – Dublin, CA for a bumper replacement covered by insurance. At vehicle delivery, the gear shift knob came completely off in my hand, causing the car to roll backward into a curb in their own parking lot and damaging the bumper again.
Their own Delivery In-Charge, Bryanna Durland, witnessed the entire incident, apologized, and told us she would escalate to management to take responsibility. Shockingly, management refused to honor that commitment and declined to fix the damage caused by their negligence.
This shop released a car in an unsafe condition and then refused accountability even after their own staff admitted fault. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Customers should be very cautious — check everything carefully before accepting your car back.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They kept us very updated on what was being done and when it was gonna be complete, the car was sparkling and clean when returned highly recommend this collision repair shop.
