Always go to this location but don't trust the people working there know the products. I have been buying Biolage shampoo for my boyfriend for many years now. I went to buy some and thank goodness I smelled it...not good..it was kind of an offensive odor. I asked the worker if they had changed the formula..she said no. In investigating I learned they had changed the formula to vegan...which is good I guess but it did not have the same smell.

You need a license to buy. They helped me and my daughter select products, then were denied purchase. Ummm... why help then ask if I had a license? I am dad with his daughter. Why would you not ask first? Waste of time.

I was in there on 12/21, the girl that worked in the morning (I don't know her name) was not wearing a mask, coughing and sneezing everywhere. Like GIRL, there's a pandemic right now, you should be the one wearing a mask the most. I know they are always out of stock due to current events, but seriously folks, wear your masks and keep your germs to yourself. Disgusting.

Worst location I have ever been to. Their stock is completely wiped, and the young cashier that works there is very rude. I asked if she had more of a product in stock, and she rudly replied, "No, sorry." and gave me a pouty face? It felt in a way she was mocking me. They don't have anything on the shelves here, go to another location.
