Recently moved to the area, never in my 68 years have I been treated so horribly rude by a pharmacist. First of all, it's against policy to shout out in front of other customers what medication you're picking up, and I should have reported her to the pharmacy board. Secondly, chastising me over picking up my blood pressure medication 3 days early due to a vacation I've had planned for a year is absurd!!

I purchased gift cards from this store and which one had already been used. I was unable to get a refund or any help with this matter. I can't possibly be the only person that has been scammed by CVS. Are there any lawyers out here that want to take my case?

Horrible customer service, girl was rude after asking to have a cabinet open. She was on a personal call and said there's a button to push it. Will never come back here, manager needs to teach staff manners and professionalism.

The bathroom here is always "out of service". almost 365 days a year. How do I know that? because I live nearby. Apparently the employees don't want to share bathroom but the rule keep them from saying that. I have to go to the Chinese grocery store next door called ranch 99 to use the restroom. Is the Chinese culture more superior? pretty ironic.

I LOVE the pharmacists and staff here. They are ALWAYS so helpful and please be aware they are short staffed so BE PATIENT!

Worst customer service... been waiting for a prescription to be renewed, the Pharmasist refused to refil the 30 script, and wanted to wait for a 90 day script... after I contacted the doctor, and a new prescription was sent to CVS at 4:05pm on 06/22.... on 6/23 I received a message from CVS stating the doctor refused to fill... and to make an appointment. The doctors office sent me exactly what they sent CVS approving the prescription. Now CVS states it's too soon to fill the medication I've been out of for over a week.. and they will fill it in August. When asking for a manager or Supervisor they are all absent, cant be found.. they will call you back within 10 days. The Pharmaisist gets extreamly frustrated and obviously this is the result... sounds like retaliation. And they wonder why people get tired of the ignorance.
