I always go to this pharmacy. All the pharmacy technicians are friendly & very helpful, and they are Sandra, Ed, Dana... They'll call or text me when my prescriptions are ready... always. Very reliable.

This review is primarily for Sandra. She has been phenomenal. Our daughter needed some medicine that isn't commonly used. Their pharmacy didn't have the amount we needed. She immediately called to tell us that she couldn't even order it because the manufacturer is out of stock. She went out of her way to call other pharmacies, understanding our urgency. She found the medicine we needed at another location and secured it for us so we wouldn't have to search on our own. Thank you Sandra!!!!

I like that CVS has added self check out like at the grocery stores. It is a great addition during these Covid times to minimize close contact. There usually isn't any wait for the self check out but if two people are using it, the stations are a tad too close to each other. They are right next to each other not 6ft apart. If they can seperate them further that would be good for future installs.

The faulty machine is still there. There's error message displayed when tried on the chip and the slide. The reader didn't accept the Target card. I told the staff the machine is faulty but she INSISTED that I kept trying. I tried 6 times and I needed to request to cancel the transaction and do my transaction on a different machine. It's a waste of time. I asked why they could not report & replace this faulty machine. The pharmacy staff said it's not her job and I, as a customer, needed to report to the Target store. Ok. That's fine if it's the CVS's way to treat customers. So, I went to the Target cashier and reported on the faulty machine at the Pharmacy. The Target staff was very helpful and said they will follow up.

This pharmacy is not related to Target. The staff is friendly but don't ask clerks about over the counter stuff. They don't seem to like that. They say they will call you when they get the authorization for the prescription but they do NOT so don't wait. You normally can purchase additional few items along with your prescription but not all employees allow the added purchase. i was told to go to main register to buy my one additional item. i guess she did not to spend the extra 2 seconds to ring up the item
