Dougherty Hills Dog Park is a basic, well-maintained place with grass and separate areas for small and large dogs. Visitors often find the owners friendly and welcoming, and dogs generally enjoy the open spaces and long yard for exercise. The park is popular and can get crowded at times, but there is usually enough room for dogs to run and play freely. It is a good spot for dogs to burn off energy and socialize with well-behaved dogs. The park has parking, though it can be more difficult during busy times. A water fountain is available, but owners often bring their own water bowls. There are no toilets on site, and a broken pipe under a bench is a safety concern. The playground nearby is not adjacent to the dog park, making it a safe place for dogs to relax without distractions. Overall, Dougherty Hills Dog Park is a simple, pleasant place for dogs and their owners.
Large dog area is huge! Parking lot isn't very big.

Great spot, somewhat small compared to other parks, but still plenty of room for big dogs to run & fetch the ball. The park has a doggy water fountain ⛲ and poop bags. And benches for those who choose to not interact with their dog... Easy close parking lot too.
