The worst customer service and place for shopping I’m not gonna ever buy anything from them I was waiting in the line forever and employees are not professional too, when people in the line ask for more cashier the manager said she can’t do anything and walked away that was so ridiculous

They have reasonable prices, but lack in the customer service side of things. At least that was my experience here. I think it gets lost on some employees, if customer service is not an added factor to your purchasing experience, you might as well make a purchase online instead.

I have shopped at DSW for years. So disappointed in this store locations new policy. Was going to buy a pair of Nike's and wanted to try them on. The employee, I spoke with said I had to buy them first before would not give me the left shoe..... if I wanted to buy online would have stayed home. Will not return

A large selection, but unfortunately there were NOT enough size 10 women's shoes. I would find a pair I loved, and then they would not have my size. They offered to order or look for it at another store, but when you need new exercise or other styles, waiting or traveling to another store isn't an option. They also close at 7:00 on Friday, which is a bit challenging.

This is a really big store the prices aren't bad. I gave it five stars for atmosphere cleanliness and most of all hard working employees❗????? Had a really good experience employee by the name of carmita was very helpful.??

Avoid this place if you want the workers to treat you badly. There is a lady I don’t know her name. She is a Caucasian who wears eye glasses and seems like she hates her life and job. People are so miserable and I feel sad for them. I wanted my size in a shoe and asked her if it was available. Firstly, she was so rude did not even say anything just grabbed the shoe and said get it online with such a bad attitude. Like really??? Whosoever owns this place needs to fire such bad attitude people.

When we arrived to pick up an online order where it said online order pickup the cashiers did not say we will be there with you in a moment. They did not even tell us to move to where people were purchasing and kept on taking other people and not acknowledging us. When we picked up our order I noticed that the shoes look like they have been worn and returned. The customer service was not great and I won't consider going back there anymore. I rather have the shoes be delivered to my home instead of wasting my time for bad customer service.
