Wish they had negative star reviews. They had me drive 2 1/2 hours one way for a vehicle They said was not sold and ready for me to drive down and purchase. Test drove the vehicle went inside to do paperwork and they told me it was sold already. What a joke.

JJ, Kam and Adam gave my family and me absolutely incredible service when we came in on Sunday to purchase a 2023 Escalade Sport! We drove all the way from Sacramento because they had the exact model, trim, and color that I was looking for and they were so helpful and wonderful in making sure that the purchasing process was seamless and so easy. We barely had to spend two hours at the dealership, unlike other experiences we have had in the past when you’re literally at the dealership all day long.On top of that, we were able to trade in my current vehicle, and since there were still finishing touches to add to the new car, and since we had signed up for the Butler detailing service, the new car was not ready for pick up on Sunday itself. So, instead, they offered for us to go back home and they would let us know when it would be ready.They have been texting us over the past few days with updates so that we would have an idea of when the car would be delivered.Well, it’s ready today, Tuesday, and after FaceTiming us and showing us that everything was complete with the car, they drove it all the way up from Dublin to Sacramento to deliver it to us at our home!I have never had such amazing customer service before, and would highly recommend this team, and especially these guys, your vehicle purchases! We will be back in a few years for our next car!Thank you guys so much!!

My update... The dealership and I were able to communicate finally on this matter and they made things right. I give them 4 stars now because they did eventually make things right for us. I can't give them the 5th star because of the hassle it was to get to this result. In the end we're still very happy with our purchase and that process was indeed quick and simple. The car is beautiful and we are still very happy with our decision to go with Dublin Cadillac.

I bought a brand new lyriq and it was trouble right off the bat. The salesman was terrible. He didn't know much about the car, didn't explain much when I got there. He rushed the process and didn't even make sure that the car was properly out of demo mode while I was there. There was some sort of theft device applied to it by the dealership, and I had no idea what it even was. On the drive home I saw the first service light, "service driver assist". That threw me off a bit, and was told by a Facebook group that it was "normal". Things went down hill from there. Many different service lights went off, but the main was, "battery low, car won't restart", this alert happened despite a half full battery. The next day despite having a full charge it showed that message again, but the battery drained right before my very eyes. The car was towed into Dublin Cadillac and it took them two weeks to fix. When I got it back it then would not charge straight through. It kept saying , "charge interruption". I called them again to get the car fixed. This time they didn't want to do anything to make it right. They took the car in and the car stayed there for over two months. No calls, no texts, and they did very little work. Apparently all they did was test and then say they could not replicate the issue. For two months! No apologies about the time they kept the car. When I finally was able to pick it up, it of course wasn't fixed. They delivered the car back to me caked in dirt. It must've been parked under a tree. I won't ever come back to this dealer. They aren't trained and do very little to fix the issues that Cadillac is having with their new EV. Their service department treats you as an issue rather than a source of their employment. Their sales team don't know their stock. It really sucks that this is my first experience with a brand that I held in high esteem as a luxury vehicle. Now totally destroyed.

JJ in sales is the man! Knowledgeable and helped me find the right car for me for a fair price. I had been to other dealers but JJ was far more enthusiastic and helpful than anyone else. Highly recommend you ask for him!!

I had a good experience working with Mark Ryan while purchasing a used Silverado. Mark worked with me on getting a lower APR percentage than what I was originally quoted from the dealer and what my personal bank was able to offer. I was able to see CarFax of the vehicle and was able to test drive the vehicle without a salesmen over seeing me which was great. My two complaints are, one, not being given a second key upon purchase, especially as the original key that came with the vehicle was very warn and dirty. Second would be not leaving with a full tank of fuel which I thought was normal. A new complimentary second key and a full tank would have made me feel more valued as a customer at such a small cost to Dublin Cadillac.

I was very impressed by the service I received from JJ(Salesman) and Eugene (Finance Manager). I bought a new car for my daughter. JJ was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot. We found a car my daughter loved and bought it. Eugene had all the paperwork ready and deal was done in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent Service !!!!!!My wife has enjoyed her XT5 for the last few years and our lease was up, so we thought we would just buy it . I walked into the dealership with no intention of hearing the sales person try and upsell me on a new car. Sanjay , our sales person , worked some numbers on what a purchase would be and then without any pressure asked if he could work up a new lease number . Even though leasing was the best option , b/c of all the incentives , he understood i was focused on purchasing the car and never pressured me one way or the other .Turns out the numbers worked best on a new Cadillac Lyriq - the new electric car.Sanjay's professionalism , integrity and deep knowledge of Cadillac allowed us to make the right choice !

Babak Ezzy makes it easy.I bought my first new car, first Cadillac, and first electric vehicle with Babak. I never rate service highly because of perfect service. Instead, it takes the flexibility and humility to fix earnest mistakes and do the little extra things that earn my return business. Babak at Dublin Cadillac hit the nail on the head. He answered all my questions, taught me things I didn’t know, showed excellent service and rapport skills, and above all else suggested I could reach out with questions and he actually was attentive keeping his word. No need to go elsewhere. Babak demonstrated that he appreciated my business.
