I can highly recommend Luke Ledezma at Dublin Chevrolet if you want a straightforward, professional, thorough salesperson to make your car buying experience easy and fast. He obviously loves cars, knows a lot about new and old cars, so his desire to help his customers get the car they want makes him a professional pleasure to work with. No BS, no hard sell, just a genuine willingness to answer questions and the patience to give the customer a chance to make the best decision for the customer rather than just make another sale for the dealer. A top notch professional. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family and do business with him again in the future. I will especially recommend him to my female friends purchasing a vehicle because he is the perfect professional to work with. He will not try their patience. :)

If there's even a remote chance, you can get a good deal there. They will bend over backwards to make sure it happens. They have great selection, great staff and my Sales Associate, Jaime Ramirez was probably the best dealership employee I've ever worked with.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2024 Chevy Silverado. I have a HUGE issue with that stereotypical car dealership experience that we've grown to make fun of in our society, but Jaime at Dublin Chevy smashed that. Jaime was informative, fun, and chill, while giving me the space to learn more and he even listened to me. So many sales guys I've encountered talked down to me and my wife in the past and Jaime treated both of us with mad respect!I had already been studying trucks since I had to leave my '97 Cheyenne back in 2013 for a sedan and was fortunate enough to be connected with Jaime when I was ready to be back in the Chevy family. Even after purchase, Jamie helped me with the additional services I purchased. It has truly been a pleasure purchasing from Dublin Chevy and now we are waiting eagerly for the Blazer EV to land for my wife in the next month. I just have one requirement--that Jaime's name is on that sale! Thanks, Jaime, you're a true homie!

Just purchase a Chevy Bolt EUV from Dublin Chevrolet and couldn't have had a better experience. Enrique has very helpful in finding the exact model, features and color we wanted - not to mention getting a great deal!Working with Eugene in finance was a breeze as well.Very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Mohammed Eshpari treated me very well and I highly recommend him to any of my friends to buy a car from. He made my new car buying experience very easy walking me through the test drive, to pointing out all the qualities of the car, to making the documentation required a short process. I am very happy that he introduced himself to me in the parking area.

We purchased a used vehicle a few days ago and had a pleasant experience until 30 minutes into our 3 hour drive home. The gas light came on 30 minutes after leaving the dealership. Between a 3 hour drive home and Bay Area traffic, we couldn’t afford to turn around. I emailed our sales representative to let him know about my dissatisfaction that they had just sold us a 50k car and couldn’t bother to fill up the gas tank for us. I have yet to hear back from him. Poor costumer service in my opinion and will not be earning our future business.

I originally left a 5 star review on their original internal review. However, after some revelations afterwards, I will be updating/downgrading.About 10 days ago I got my brand new car broken into and window smashed. I called around, and Dublin Chevy was the only one who had my window....otherwise I would have had to wait up to 2 weeks.I called over and Jessica Robinson the service manager said they could take me right in that day. So I made the 3 hour trip over to Dublin. They put the new window in a few hours, and I was on my way.A couple days later, I started noticing a loud buzzing noise in that door in which the window was replaced. Since I did not want to make the long trip to Dublin again, I finally got a mechanic friend of mine to take a look at it today. After his review, I am not pleased with the job they did putting back in the door panel.3 of the panel clips were completely broken (see images), 1 bolt was missing, and another 1 was loose (which I guess what was making the loud noise). I paid nearly $600, including $400 in labor for this job....it's extremely disappointing that they could not put back together the door panel on my brand new car correctly. I expected to pay a bit more for this job in a time crunch (and going to a dealer for service), but this is ridiculous.I felt a 1 star was too harsh simply for the fact they got me in right away, but that's the only reason why its not one...

My overall experience was good. However, when I went to drop my vehicle off the night before my scheduled maintenance appointment the black lady that worked in the technician area. She had block braids that had color added into it along with facial piercings. This lady did not have good customer service at all. From the moment I walked in this lady just looked like everything I asked her annoyed her she was very dismissive and short with me. I have never experienced this kind of customer service at this location before.

On 11/10/2023 brought my tahoe in for steering wheel heating recall unfortunately my vehicle didn’t function properly because the steering wheel off balance not calibrated correctly, some electrical components caused the entertainment info such as speakers behavior abnormal. So I had to bring my car back the next day 11/11/2023 but I noticed the speakers still didn’t sound right before this service and one more interior lights not functioning properly. I am very disappointed and frustrated for the service

The service completed was satisfactory and the customer service by the service advisor was excellent. The pricing however is completely outrageous. $275 for tire, rotation and oil change when I called for other shops and was quoted less than or right around $100.I had trust in Dublin Chevy due to my previous experience, which was covered by warranty, however, any out-of-pocket costs I will be going elsewhere from now on, and definitely not recommending them, based on their pricing alone very predatory very outrageous.

The owner blew this sale..The owner/head was seen cussing/berating his salesman openly on the floor in sight/earshot of me the customer. Not cool.....thanks but no thanks.

The first time I got a phone call from Chevrolet regarding my recall, the receptionist only told me I had a recall and needed to go to the Dublin Chevrolet store, but my schedule was too tight to go there. So, the receptionist only told me when I was ready and called them back. So, I postponed my recall for months. When I called the recall phone number, another receptionist told me that based on my location, I could have home services. It means I don't need to drive to a Chevrolet store, and the tech person can come to my home. I scheduled my recall quickly and got my services smoothly. If the first receptionist told me I could get home services, I absolutely got recall services months earlier.

I leased two cars from this location before. I recently went back to return one of my lease. I was thinking about get another car. But the customer service went really downhill. There was no coffee at the coffee place. I asked if they have any coffee available when they told me to wait for someone to be back from lunch. The guy didn’t even lift his eyes and told me to drive somewhere else to get coffee. They downsized a lot. And people who works there now didn’t seem care. Well, no one really wanted to talk to me. So I simply just returned the car and went to another dealer and bought another car at the same day.
