Thank you to Dublin Hyundai for helping me with my SUV purchase! Especially to Adil, Tony and Marika! They were SUPER helpful and accommodating! I especially loved the way they were transparent with me and essentially helped me pick the perfect vehicle for me! So if you want full honesty and not a pushy, stereotypical car sales person, then go to Dublin Hyundai!

2024 Kona electric was a rare commodity even in the beginning of 2024. You need to have a great dealership, and a very enthusiastic and hardworking salesperson who can put you in front of the line for this car. Dublin Hyundai is that dealership and Adil Khan is that sales consultant. After a wait of more than a month, I got a 2024 Kona EV from Adil Khan at Dublin Hyundai... He is the sales consultant you need if you want to get a great deal on the very popular and latest Kona EV. On top of that, I didn't even have to go to the dealership. Adil drove down to our home in San Jose and got all paperwork completed, and got the car delivered to us at home. Adil is always ready to answer any questions, fix any issues or address any concerns. This was stellar, never thought you can buy a car sitting in the comfort of your home.

Dublin Hyundai made it right at the end, but it was a struggle to get there. Buying the car was a little complicated (Genesis SV70) in that the car we went in to buy turned out to already being owned, and the car we did buy which came in from another dealership didn't arrive when we went to pick it up. They delivered the new car late at night and it had not been detailed. When we tried to have the car picked up for service under their concierge service, there were communication issues internally on how to make an appointment. When the car finally got picked up for service, (installation of a hitch), the car was returned with a coating applied to the car, but no hitch. The hitch had been pre purchased and was waiting in their parts department. Again another internal communication issue. The coating was nothing I had ordered, but they also did not charge me. Finally the hitch was installed on the second attempt and Hyundai did reduce the cost of service due to the hiccups throughout the process. Thanks to Marika for helping get the right people to solve the issues. Hopefully their internal communication processes get ironed out after this review.

I got nice sales, service and help with the car and the apps. Naveed set up the test drive. Aaron who showed me the car is really knowledgeable. Then I went to Finance Department. That usually is the most unpleasant time. But surprisingly, Adele was warm and helpful with the paperwork process. They ran out of time to install Car Top cross bar. I am here to get that done and Naveed got the apps working. I will have lots to learn about the car's bells and whistles yet and I am happy I have a good team to fall back on.

My experience with this dealerships management staff was horrific! Ryan the General Manager and Samir the General Sales Manager gave me two different answers for the same question, lied unnecessarily and showed extreme disrespect, quelle surprise right? Just to be clear.., this is a 100% honest critique and or review based on fact not hyperbole.

Used to be satisfied with service with Hyundai until now! Being ongoing customer since 2016 leased 5 vehicles from them they couldn't help me! Would never refer anyone but will let it be known to everyone not to purchase any vehicles from them! Hyundai SUCKS!!!

Trust the 1-star reviews here. This dealership and its practises are as dodgy as they get. In my case they have never returned my car reservation deposit despite that against California code. Both the salesman Naveed and the General Manager are ghosting the refund request. Unfortunately need to make a DMV and BBB complaint and next step California small claims court claim. Run away from these guys.

I would like to personally thank Marika for always being there and helping me. Dublin Hyundai has always taken care of me over the years. I had a rough time in my life back in 2015 just getting out of a bankruptcy and trying to rebuild my credit. Dublin Hyundai put me in one of the nicest 2015 Hyundai sonatas. Right off of the showroom floor! It was a limited edition and I never had any trouble with it whatsoever. As my family grew and years past, I decided to trade in my 2015 Hyundai Senada for the new 2020 Hyundai palisade. The palisade had just come out and I had to have it! My trade-in was seamless and I was in an out of the dealership in less than two hours. I was happy to say that I was one of the first people in the Bay Area to have the white Hyundai palisade limited. As you can imagine, I had a Lot of head turns as I drove around in this new vehicle that was just launched. Dublin Hyundai continues to take care of me to this day. I would like to personally think Marika, Tommy in finance and Samir, the general manager. Thank you always for being family to me!
