Samir, Sales, is very helpful. I came back the next day to get an overview of my new car again. Samir took the time to sit in my car and explained the system in the 2023 VW Taos again to me. The whole staff there is very friendly & helpful yesterday. Sales & service both. Samir, Sales, Omar, Sales Manager, Tamim, F & T Manager is everyone I dealt with.

I'm always impressed with the customer centric team that exists at Dublin VW's service center. I've been going here for over 5 years and there is almost no turn over and the team is always really helpful. With my cars aging, I could have easily gone to a third party shop but I've built trust with the team there and will continue to bring all my VWs to this service center.

Two days later and I went to dorito brothers in Walnut Creek and got a better deal on a 2024 model versus last years modelGo to dorito brothers and leave these guys behind OhMy veteran discount that they wouldn't honor didn't matter!Dont fall victim to bad car dealers!!!

We had a very good experience there. We called ahead about 2 cars we were interested in test driving and they were ready for us when we arrived for our appointment. The price on the car was very reasonable compared to what we had seen shopping around. The final sale price did not include any extra features that we weren't interested in. Everyone was very friendly with us and low pressure. I drove out of there with the car I wanted at the price I wanted.

Take negative reviews as absolute true. I purchased a car from them out of state. It has been a month and I still don't have the title in order to register the car in my state. They refuse to give me a temp tag as well. I have an expensive car sitting in my driveway that I can't drive. I'll be making my 1st payment before I get to drive the car. Reached out to find why it taking so long, and they informed me that they just requested from CA DMV for the title. It's been 4 weeks and their just now requesting the title. They wouldn't explain why they waited so long or offered any apology or solution. Bottom line, once they get their money, then they can careless about anything else. I've bought cars from out of state multiple times and I've never received such poor sales interaction. Even the process to buy was met with horrible communication and lack of follow up. Many of my requests during the sales process was pretty much ignored or giving some excuse as to why they didn't do something. The only reason why I proceeded despite all the red flags, was because they had the use car (Audi S7) I've been trying to find for 9 months. Otherwise, I wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the last car dealership on earth.

I wanted to update after my Audi was returned with a brand new windshield. Yay! Update to 4.5 stars!Short version recap:Purchased a "new to me" used Audi Q7 -- Just before driving away, with all price stickers off the the window, a crack in the windshield not obvious before..Omar (general manager) said that would never have been on the lot and personally said he would handle getting a new windshield. Rayyon was my sales rep and was patient and didn't try to force a sale which is much appreciated.I called the following Monday to bring in, no windshield ordered.. bring back next Monday.. service department was great.. they knew nothing about it, but tried to help out and seemed happy to help out.Turns out nothing was ordered; I spoke with Omar and it's ordered now.. need a week, bring back next Monday (it's Labor Day), service is closed but worked with baseball and driving back to Dublin. Was told it would be done in 2-3 days. Gave an extra day and called on Friday. Omar said it was done but rain sensors didn't work. Rayyon said it still had a crack.Communication was poor both to me as a customer and apparently in house.I do feel like this family owned location will do their best to accommodate the customer. The few calls to service were all very pleasant and each time tried very hard to find answers for me.My sales person Rayyon was kind and the general manager, Omar, did more than most would in personally following through.While I did get the window, it wasn't done on the date expected, the loaner car had minor irritating issues and got a new loaner when mine wasn't ready after driving back to Dubin twice, which finally led to getting my own car back (3 weeks later). Upon pick up, the window was so dirty I almost had an accident as the sun setting hit the windshield, but was told not to clean it for 45 hours.. so it sat in the drive way..I appreciate the efforts here.. they do want the customer to be happy and buying was a good experience, service seems legit and the general manager Omar, is a down to earth guy that really looks out for the customer.. just need to up the communication all around and it would be 5 stars.

Very grateful that the service team was able to fix my wife's car navigation issue. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I had to call in before I got a follow-up appointment for the fix to be made. I am not sure that was required but it had been a week from the diagnosis appointment and no follow-up had come on when the part would arrive.

dealership service center have a proper tools, That's why I don't worry taking my ID.4 to your shop and complimentary check.That's a huge point. Charlie is my advisor he wont turn you down even customer talk to much he listen and have no excuse while your talking

Discrepancies in Recent Vehicle PurchaseUnfortunately, there were discrepancies in our contract. Despite our explicit instruction to the finance manager, a service was added to our contract without our consent. We were subsequently informed that a refund check would be processed for this oversight. However, to date, we have not received any refund or clarification. I have previously left a message for the GSM and also reached out to Volkswagen for support in addressing this matter. I am eager to have this matter resolved , but have to use the power of the internet to voice my poor to say least experience.

Best Service Techs and Managers. Argel, Kyle are really well manner and efficient communicators and Steve’s triage capability is second to none. Out of all the dealers in NorCal Dublin Service has been the best. In line with Tesla 2015-18 Era.

My recent visit to VW left me with a mix of feelings, as there were both positive and negative aspects to the experience. I had a great experience somewhere else. Not at this one.I felt like if you don't look like you have money, they won't help you. Recently crashed a car, at 4 car dealerships the day before, and was just exhausted. I climbed out of bed, wore a hat, and just wanted to buy a car. I knew what I wanted, it was in stock. they had 3. It took some digging, but found my checkbook. I was at another VW dealership the day before and LOVED it. But this one was closer to home. Support local business right??As soon as I got there, 3 different people scattered. 2 guys and a gal. Instead of 3 people fighting for my business, they all ran away. Was it how I looked? Was it lunchtime? Was the store about to close? I don't know. I had to help myself. or I thought I could. but the car doors were locked on the one I wanted. I needed to find someone to help, anyone. I went back to my car. Someone came out when I was back in my car and closed my door.I opened my car door back up when I saw this..because finally..some help! The salesperson with a cheap tie ran back inside. They were watching me from inside their showroom, to see if I was leaving.I closed the door and left for good. I called to complain. not sure it went anywhere, so I had to vent here. It was too late to go to San Jose VW. So I had to go the day after.

I have been using Dublin VW for my Tiguan for six years. I have never had a problem with the check-in process nor the service time. I recommend Dublin VW for your VW requirements.
