“Friendly, easy to coordinate with, was on time. Drove all the way out to my house, checked out my little CRT tv in person. In the end wasn't able to fix it, (old tv, parts aren't made anymore, which makes sense) but didn't charge for the diagnostic session, and left me with some good notes on what the issue likely was.10/10, I would absolutely call again with any further tv issues.
