We purchased a bench from Ethan Allen with a material covering. The bench in the store looked great, but we wanted a different fabric, so we placed an order with another style of fabric. Once it was made and received, we could see a seam one third of the way across the bench that really stood out when standing on the right side. Upon closer look we could see a faint seam two thirds of the way across, but it was as not noticeable. When standing on the left side neither seam was that noticeable. When we told Ethan Allen about the seam we were told it is normal to have the seam stand out, based on how the material was lined up and sewn. One of the sales representatives said that the quality is expected with the price it was sold for. We were told to move the bench to the other side of the table so it wouldn’t be as noticeable. Ethan Allen would not fix the fabric nor replace the bench. We thought Ethan Allen sold high quality furniture, it is very disappointing.

Wonderful Interior Designer!We have a new home and had no clue where to start. Morgan TSAI, from Dublin, has been outstanding from the initial first zoom call, fun 3D room design process and customer support. She made everything simple, clear, and stress free. Morgan gave us a beautiful design that we would never have thought of ourselves. My daughter and I are very delighted and can’t wait for our next project!

I cannot believe Ethan Allen is following Sears Roebuck in their demise, noting they were great companies in their time. We have solely purchased our furniture from Ethan Allen in the past because all the furniture was built so well. My wife decided it was time to replace a kitchen table after 25 years of use, even though I didn't want to buy something different because it was completely functional.She purchased a table from Ethan Allen and in less than three years, the table top started to peel. We engaged the store, and they told us it was due to abuse. Three years of washing with water is abuse? I do not blame the store, rather I believe Ethan Allen is struggling as a company and they no longer warranty their product as they are now focused on cost cutting. I am really sad to see what is happening, and caution those of you to be careful when making a purchase from Ethan Allen going forward.Finally, we didn't even look at all the negative reviews here and on yelp, as we trusted Ethan Allen. Do your research well before you proceed with Ethan Allen going forward.

We have purchased a number of considerably expensive items from Ethan Allen. This last purchase was a couch and two recliners. There is a problem with one of the recliners and we have run into brick walls getting the issue resolved. It has been months and we are getting NO RESPONSE. I am so disappointed and frustrated with Ethan Allen. We always thought of them as a higher end store but now realize that they are not interested in customer service AT ALL and we will NEVER purchase from them again. Eric or Nick... you are useless!

My Ethan Allen decorator is amazing. Morgan has a wonderful gift for decorating, and I was lucky to work with her. She turned my new house into a home that fits me and my family perfectly. Morgan worked through every detail to ensure it was perfect for us. Morgan would make design plans, and then we would work together to make them perfect. She was always responsive and courteous. Really wonderful to work with. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any merchandise - but the items that Morgan found are gorgeous. Ethan Allen has beautiful products - so many to choose from. Morgan was able to use a 3D planning tool that made it easy for me to visualize the entire room(s) all at once. Morgan made the most beautiful home for me and my family. I feel very lucky. So I am back working with her again - on our vacation home this time. I'm so excited because I know she will make it perfectly beautiful. <3

First impressions matter. The moment we entered the store, one of the staff (Christina Ranger or somebody) looked down on us as if she was doing us a favor. I am your customer and deserve to be treated with respect. I came in a to buy a sofa but you know what you don’t deserve my business. So you can take your grumpy old self to somewhere else I am not gonna spend a penny at your store.

Purchased a dining room set at the Dublin store. We chose a wood sample that we liked because of the smooth surface. When the furniture arrived it was made from different type of wood, not as smooth, also what looked like damage to me. Delivery person notified customerservice about the damage. Went back and forth with with manager regarding the wood type and damage. Everything was within range. Now I have a damaged table that does not match the chairs. Will not shop there again. No integrity.

We ordered our pieces on 9/10/22. Told multiple times we would have it before Xmas. We still don’t yet have all of our pieces. We’re waiting on two chairs still after they delayed it twice already. They said they would let us know the week of 12/19 and scheduler said she would call me since it’s now passed that time. They don’t know where our pieces are and told me again I would need to wait another two weeks after they arrive. No updates just a lot of waiting and they don’t allow you to cancel even though they did not meet the said time frames. Terrible customer service. Don’t shop here. There are other brands out there food quality and no bs.

The drape rod fell off n we called in now they said they don't want to take responsibility. Very bad customer service after spending all the money.

I was 6 months pregnant and worried about my husband not being able to sleep through the night when the baby arrived. We thought it would be best if he slept in the living room while we adjusted to our new little one. We begun our search for a new pull out sofa bed. Not being able to find what we were looking for we decided to come to Ethan Allen's. I was helped by Christina she told me the furniture would arrive within 4 to 6 weeks but most likely 4 due to the fact that it was not a special order. After waiting a month I decided to give them a call for an update. They were too busy to check my order so they said they would call me back. The next day how I never received a call, I called again. The lady who picked up was a bit rude. She told me it was on its way and there was nothing else that she could do. Nearly a month after I call we finally received the sofa. The delivery guys were great but the product I received wasn't. This was supposed to be high quality work but the cushions for my leather sofa don't really fit properly and the leather is wrinkled. I also purchased two pillows to match the sofa and decor but when delivered I was disappointed with the quality. The pillows are lopsided and it's definitely not done by a professional. I paid $200 per pillow to have them look like something my grandmother can do at home. Ross has better quality and lot cheaper. I actually compared the two and yes it's definitely better! I'm arguing to have them returned but when speaking to Victoria she said that because they are custom-made they won't be able to return them only exchange it. She will speak to her manager and call me back. I guess we'll see how long that takes? I've been waiting 2 weeks now a manager has called but nothing has been solved yet. My next step is to head over there to return the pillows. If I'm not able to return them I will call my bank to dispute the charges and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I guess we'll see how it goes.Also I was told I was one of the lucky ones some people have been waiting for a year to receive their product. If I were you I probably wouldn't shop there unless you're not in need of a furniture and are willing to wait that long. But why would you when the quality sucks!
