Overall very fair for the price you pay. Spacious room, clean place, safe zone.Noteworthy details: $128 per night for 3 people, is really amazing value. The only weak part is the breakfast that is poor (muffins and tea) but even though it's still a great value. I consider booking again when visiting

Always my go to place whenever I'm in town for work. Great location next to a Safeway and a strip mall in case you wanted to check out local cuisine. This hotel is frequented a lot so you might be in there when it's near capacity and have to deal with neighbors but in all great location and a great price for what you get!Staff is great and attentive. Was able to get whatever I requested for whether dishes or extra sheets or pillows. If you have your own transportation or want to do some shopping I recommend the San Francisco Outlets or the wineries nearby. Great spot to hide out for a couple of days without breaking the bank.Rooms: Rooms are double queen or king with a kitchenette, full sized refrigerator, microwave and stove top. You can spend a week here making meals and getting your fill of local wining and dining.

I just can’t dream of one single location to incorporate above and beyond in every shift ! I was already floored by the Evening hotel staff, Ms Kim, Mr Vincent! And then for the day shift , a whole host of femme fatale ! Every God giving Woman on day time simply implores that of what a women of service exudes! But all of them day and night night time as a whole host will be your stars that surround your visit! Let’s not forget the Shopping !

I was warned about the staff especially the manager the first night I stayed there. Guests and employees warned me. I stayed at this location during the pandemic. It’s one my son’s favorite places to stay. He’s autistic so it’s important that he stays at places that are familiar. That’s what made me come back. A few weeks ago my daughter reserved our stay there for 30 days while she went through management training in Turlock. We ended up only staying for a week. When we got there we could only pay for 3 days and my daughter requested a daily rate there after. We had no choice. The daily rate, weekly rate and monthly rate are three different rates. The manager Sarai was the one she made the arrangement with. By the end of my week there my daughter was on the phone crying about how Sarai disrespected her and Sarai claimed to have never met my daughter in person. Which is not true. She met my daughter the day we checked in.Everytime we tried to pay for this room the system was down or the manager wasn’t taking payments or the internet wasn’t working or the some staff didn’t know how to take payment. Or some didn’t understand our request. Everyone was confused all of the time and it was a massive amount of communication. The manager Sarai was rarely present. How can she manage a hotel without being present. The room was in bad shape. We didn’t have any utensils. We had to have our own. The water in the tub only produced scolding hot water. No cold. The stopper was off entirely. Leaving a large exposed whole in the tub. The stove wasn’t working and the microwave cut on and off on its own. The maids never came to clean. They refused to give me towels and washcloths when I asked. It was a confusing experience. I also noticed that some employees received special treatment while the African American employees were mistreated. It was off.Our last day there My daughter called me crying saying Sarai banned her from the hotel. When I spoke to Sarai face to face she told me she never told her she was banned and that she didn’t know her or what was going on.It wasn’t until we stayed at the Extended Stay America in San Ramon East & West that maybe this was the universe’s way of telling me to stay away from this chain of hotels. I think maybe others might have a better experience. There was a young girl there named Precious who was extremely kind. I left a gift for her and a few other guests for being compassionate when it came to my family. Treat people with kindness they never forget it.Nearby activities: GREAT LOCATION

Nice quiet place to stay. The only negative is that you have to ask for everything but soap: plate, shampoo, silverware etc. The kitchen is completely empty.

This is the CLEANEST and FRIENDLIEST Extended Stay America we have stayed at! New management has totally made this place feel “like home”. The new manager is personable and kind! The cleaning staff is amazing and so friendly. The rooms are very clean, the kitchen area is big with a good amount of storage spots! I feel comfortable walking my 2 young children around this hotel safely; the staff always says hi and remembers their names! I look forward to seeing them in the mornings when we go through the lobby! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone! The prices aren’t bad either and there are discounts you can use through emails as well!

This particular ESA is by far, BY FAR the best location I have ever stayed @. Why? Well let me tell you...the staff, is AWESOME, they are professional, friendly, attentive, and engage with you to know each guest on a personal level.Rooms: The rooms are older, but guess what the noise level is none. I never hear my neighbors on each side of me. NEVER. don't always go for the new ESA...the olfer ones have a perk, thicker walls.Nearby activities: Omg! A million things, the movies, Ihop,Whole Foods, Target, Safeway, Buffalo Wild Wings, The Outlet Mall, Nail Salon, BJ's , Dave Hot chicken, highway accessible..45 minutes from SFO...25 from OAK..nearby Wendy's, Bueger King, McDonald's...I mean Dublin has everything you think u need and then some.Safety: It's Dublin, the police are everywhere. That's a good thing.Walkability: You can walk everywhere in Dublin, it is a high walking city...and it caters to pedestrians. Walk all day...you can walk to the movies, Lazy Dog Restaurant, Whole Foods, Safeway...the Bagel Cafe.. yes you can walk yourself everywhere
